Well ,I finally HAD to call them back. They knew my mom's signature was forged but now that I wasn't in Eufaula ,Oklahoma to bother them again it was safe to say there's nothing they can do. CRIME PAYS. I would guess your $$$$$"S not safe in a bank that allows forgers to get loans against other people's properties. HOWEVER THEY ALSO TOOK MY MOM OFF SUSTENENCE IN THE HOSPITAL SO THEY CAN GET $$$$ ON HER DEEDS She Needed to pass away 1st though. CRIME PAYS!!

I went to Farmers State Bank looking for a loan, I did not have an account with them, Bailey and all the others ladies are SUPER nice. Baily worked to help me fine the right loan for my needs. I felt like very welcomed and not like a number! Great place

I’ve switched to FSB about a year ago and never looked back. I’m so excited to have a branch here in Eufaula. Mandy and the crew at the Eufaula branch are always super helpful and I get a smile every time I walk in. Anytime I have had an issue with my accounts, the crew at FSB has been quick to solve it.

My fiance tried to deposit a check over the weekend. Because he didn't write mobile deposit only on the back, they rejected the deposit. Why would he send the picture if he didn't mean to deposit it? Do you not want his money? Do you not want his business? I pay for the checks. He voided my check. Now I have to write a second one. They aren't free. When someone endorses the back of their check, that means they want it deposited in the account they pull up. It's not rocket science. I've had my personal accounts and 4 business accounts with BOK for over 20 years. Never ever have they refused a virtual check like you did to my fiance. Poor customer service!!! Their 24/7 department would have called me to make sure it was me.

Poor interest rates on checking and savings accounts and rude tellers at this bank makes for every reason to avoid Farmers State Bank in Eufaula. They act like you should be grateful to give them your money to open an account. Nothing to like here. You will be treated much better at the other local banks in town or with an online account.

Unprofessional, immature, and unaccomodating staff in serious need of professional business interaction training.
Better staff, banking options, and hours at Arvest or other local banks.
