Lobby was closed so had to order ice cream in the drive-thru. No flavors posted on sign. Got back and I don’t think he cleaned off the scooper because my cookie dough ice cream tasted like mint chip.

Fresh Ice Cream, but of the 31 Baskin Robbins Flavors, they had 3... is this even Baskin Robbins? What happened to the other 29 flavors???? Am I old and outdated? Or is this all a Lactose Fraud scheme???

Terrible experience each time at this location. 5 years of living in this area and I rarely buy from this store. Always messing up the order and rude customer service! Today they handed us dripping and melted icecreams! We had to ask for napkins and the guy hands over just one napkin nodding his head. Pathetic service.

I just bought a coffee and they gave it to me very empty one pays for a whole not almost half 😒😏

They absolutely refuse to give you what you order. I tried ordering a sundae with vanilla and butter pecan and strawberries. They proceeded to give me vanilla with fudge. I took the Sundae back and they didn't want to give me the correct Sundae. Another day, I ordered from them through Uber Eats. I placed the same order and of Vanilla and Butter Pecan with Strawberry toppings. They sent me vanilla with fudge. I'm through with this place. Will never order from them again.

DON’T GO HERE!!!! I placed a custom birthday cake for my sisters birthday and pickup was today at 5pm. (Keep in mind I made this purchase 3 days in advance!!!) I get there a little earlier at around 4:45 pm and the place is closed!!! How is that possible?? From all the reviews it seems like the employees are just lazy and are closing earlier and that’s unacceptable. How is this even being allowed. I already reached out to corporate and will be talking to the district manager of this location.

Showed up around 7:30 pm today and tried to order a milkshake. They close at 10 pm and was told that Baskin Robins is closed. Like what does that even mean? Why would they have different hours? And if they do why aren’t these hours posted anywhere? Clearly this is a recurring issue, where they’ve told customers either something is closed or not being served right now. Lazy employees and poor management if this type of issue has still not be addressed.

Horrible!!! Ordered a cake days in advance for graduation and i went to pick it up Sat. June 11 and i was told sorry we didnt make it. Then they charged my card again for the cake and had to wait for the refund for both cakes and left with bo cake and no explanation! Will never order from here again!

We went to this 24 hour Baskin Robbins at 10 o’clock this evening and they were closed! Went another time hoping there was a new owner, they didn’t have peanut butter chocolate ice cream, caramel topping, or fudge topping for ice cream. Service was Horrendous. This is the worst run business I have ever seen!!! Don’t go!

Went there at 730pm. They said they were closed. Clearly states on their door and website it is a 24h establishment. So never again.

“We’re closed” at 6pm on Friday? Ok stoned sounding Drive through guy, ok…😉

Update your website if you close at 9. Your website says 10:30.

Showed up at 9:45 and saw the workers inside, they ignored me being there even after I pulled up to the window and was face to face with one of the workers. Just go somewhere else.
