T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Stopped by yesterday to have them look at my phone because the camera kept crashing. Even though this wasn't a tmobile problem but a samsung problem, they still went out of there way to find the problem. 5 stars all day!

Representative was knowledgeable and able to assist me with the problem with my phone in minutes. The first time I went there to start new service there was only one person working. My understanding everyone but the store manager had quit that day. Some mistakes were made, had to call customer service later to have issues resolved but all was well.

Jen at T-Mobile Williamsport pa was fantastic she walked us through everything and answered any questions she was a great person to help us

I’ve worked with Devin the sprint guy in there for about 3 weeks now figure a bunch of problems out with him and he helped out big time and never showed doubt and was completely understanding of everything and i just want corporate to know he does a dang good job at what he does and deserves more too!

I met with Bruce yesterday and I have to say, he was great, friendly and detailed. Also, very patient with my many questions. I didn't feel like just a phone number, but like they cared about having me as a customer...Thank you much 🙂

The young lady who took care of us today was patient and attentive. She provided excellent customer service and we would be happy to return for future business.

I decided to move my cell phone from Verizon to T Mobile, to save money. At Verizon I was paying about $65/month, but at T Mobile I'm only paying $50. That deal is for 55 and older with auto pay. The hardest thing about changing was waiting 45 minutes for Verizon to answer the phone to give permission for the transfer.

The store is better now.
