The staff is friendly and helpful. I love the friendly environment, decor and overall feel of the store when i come through the door. My family and I love this place and look forward to returning!!

Great shakes and teas! The work out classes are great too. The owner Erika is super nice and helpful on giving recommendations towards bettering your workouts and diet.

One of the best nutrition clubs that I have ever been to. Shakes, teas, protein balls, etc are all amazing. Great atmosphere! The owner offers a variety of options and services including gluten free products & she is very mindful of others allergies! Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for better nutrition options!

Enjoyed going here for tasty recovery drinks, but now am working at Bar-S so no time to come by as my shift hours are almost dead on the exact same as the business lol.
