Clean place, friendly and courteous staff, and coffee and food was delicious!!

Many interesting flavors to choose from. I love the people who work there. Soo many flavors to choose from! Lots of smiles and always ready to make sure you're getting the best ice cream combos possible. I always leave with a smile.

I brought my daughter and her friend for ice cream at 8:00 pm Sunday 11/8/15. I wish I had asked for a refund! The ice cream did not taste right at all, and didn't even have the consistency of ice cream?? The cookie dough ice cream crumbled like stale bread. Open tubs of ice cream, sitting around for who knows how long....won't be going back. Didn't even get a receipt, so I have to wait for it to post at the bank to balance my account.

Don't go to this Dunkin/Baskin Robbins!! Took my kids there to get ice cream on Tuesday May 16th right at 8pm after a tee ball game. The store hours say they are open till 9pm but the door was already locked when we walked up. I knocked on the window and the person behind in the counter just looked at me and turned the lights off... So rude!! I will never return to this location again!! The owner obviously just lets the staff create their own hours, so ridiculous!!

They are never open when they claim to be. If they are open it's only the drive up so you don't know what flavors they have, We have tried going 4 different times and have yet to get ice cream,

Bad service. 11: 00 am. Terrible actitud.. plus. Kids scoop were micerable small. Regular scoops too small comparing with other basking robins locations.
Sugar cones taste weird 😫😤🥵🥵🥵 I request slim milk for a shake. She told me they only have regular milk 🤬

I went thru the drive thru, ordered ice cream just the same way I always do... 2 scoop ice cream, in a waffle cone with whipped cream and nuts. When I got to the window, the girl made me repeat my order, got my ice cream. Right before driving off, she said, "just so you guys know for next time... we don't do the whole whipped cream and nuts." No idea what she meant by that but besides that, my waffle cone was so stale and when I bit into it, it had little hairs. I started to break the cone apart, its break off had hair in it. Absolutely disgusted. Don't sell 3 day old cones there.

Worse expirience!!! Took Family out for Ice Cream just to get kicked out of the shop.... What kinda customer service is that? Jason on the night crew on 8/31 was extremely rude and had no customer service skills.... Never again will I shop at that Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbin.

This location is a joke. Closes well before their “Closing” time. Always out of items... from staple flavors, toppings and never has malt powder for malts. Last time I was there could not believe how dirty it looked.
Don’t waste your time going here.

Literally the worst Dunkin Doughnuts ever. The owner is terrible and chooses the worst and least popular flavors all year round, and won't take into consideration customer requests.

This place is a COMPLETE JOKE! I don’t see how they are even still in business. Like is there no management to order supplies for the store? They NEVER have anything there. They give all baskin robins across the world a BAD NAME! Shut them down immediately!

Kid at the drive thru was curt and didn't care that he was helping customers, cones were stale, and my butter pecan did not taste like butter pecan it was very plain. Not worth it.

Were closed for the night with no one insight before their closed time. Very frustrating especially when you have small children with.
