My back flow preventer wouldn’t stop spraying water. I called these guys and they told me how to disassemble it and clean it. Easily could have told me it was broken and gotten me to buy a new one from them. Instead they saved me $150. Good, honest, and helpful guys.

Great store. They had everything I needed and were very helpful answering my questions. My only complaint is that they aren't open later or on weekends. The hours make it hard for me to shop there.

my customer experience was a 5 start with these guys. I have not had any experience with a Back Flow Preventer before i went into sprinkler supply and brandon there exemplifies customer service. he helped me take it apart took the time to show me the parts and to fix them. then he ordered the parts i needed and helped me put it back together. never had anyone take that kind of time to help me get this fixed. thank you.
