We have worked with the staff of Centric Business Systems, Malvern for over 20+ years. We started with Corrigan-Manning who then were bought out by Centric Business Systems. We have had a RISO copier for longer than 20+ years and then recently we entered a contract for copiers with Centric. I CANNOT say enough good about this organization. EVERYTHING they promised when the machines were demo'ed has been delivered upon to us! We NEVER even considered RICOH equipment but have been pleasantly surprised at the quality these machines have compared to other equipment we have used in the past. As far as customer service, Centric Business Systems is outstanding. We have an amazing rep with whom we work with as well as Centric's support staff who have come into our facility to do training. Centric Business Systems is an outstanding organization to work with. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CENTRIC BUSINESS SYSTEMS OF MALVERN, PA!

The techs from Centric are very pleasant and always solve the problems we have with the printer/copier.

$400 repair became $1200 repair for an old copier. When we asked for assistance we were offered a used machine at a higher price than what you could buy one for on-line. Centric was not interested in helping - only interested in the transaction.

PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT. A cheap printer will wind up costing you over ten thousand dollars. They are not upfront with their contracts.
They overcharge. Disgusting company. This is not how I do business.

Do not deal with Centric. Very deceitful organization!! Customer service non-existent! So shady!!
