Great prices on septic tanks

Their concrete gets really hard!!

Ordered two yards for a 10x10 4in thick patio. They came with the concrete and it only covered HALF of the 10x10. Even the driver of the truck agreed we were not given 2 yards and roughly measured our patio, We called the office while the concrete truck was still at the house explained to them what was happening and they said they would figure it out, my husband asked them for 1 yard while they were “figuring it out” as we had chloride
In the concrete that was half poured. They showed up with a yard of concrete and the driver informed us if we didn’t pay for it they would place a lien on our home. (No one ever said it wouldn’t be paid for, we simply asked that it be made right) when I called the office to pay I spoke with Travis, asking why they would threaten a lien when it was never mentioned that it wouldn’t be paid for (they had our card on file ) we only asked it be made right as we paid for 2 yards the first time and didn’t get two yards. He said we were sent what we asked for, I told him I wouldn’t argue with him I just wouldn’t buy from them again told him the card is on file and to charge it and he hung up the phone on me.
My husband does concrete for a living, and has ordered from them multiple times before with no problem. But this time not only were they wrong in their measurements, they refused to make it right and were down right rude. Will not be ordering from them again, for sure lost our business.
