We Fix It Phone Repair

This repair shop was a godsend!… my older phone lost its ability to charge and was dead. Batteries and Bulbs said it needed a new port and they had one in stock for my very old iPhone. They took care of it in a few hours for me and the phone is back to working like new. Thank you Jasmine who was so helpful and knowledgeable and professional!This store provides many other products and services. So glad I found this place… I highly recommend!

I wrote a review on Batteries plus which is the name of the store when you go there. But my iphone screen was obliterated, I thought for sure I'd need a new phone. But Jasmine helped me out right away and the screen looks great. Cheaper than buying a new phone!

Picked up a Duracell car battery for my Honda . I have to say their customer service is phenomenal. Jasmine was very helpful over the phone and I met Edgar there in the afternoon. Both associates were extremely helpful. Edgar installed my battery within minutes and I was out of there within 10 minutes or so.
I would definitely advise anyone that’s looking for any type of battery to try that place.

I brought my iPhone 11 here with a completely broken screen, touch and everything was completely broken. I did the appointment online to save 10 box. I got there and a very nice lady told me that I will be ready in 45 minutes, so I went to the shopping center across the street and waisted the time there. Exactly 45 minutes later came back and the phone was ready. She took my 10 off without even mentioning it. It has been 2 months and I constantly drop my phone due to my 2, 70 pounds dogs always jumping on me, and the screen still looks like new. Very very happy with this place

They did an excellent job replacing my iPhone 7 battery. The battery was on its last legs and now the phone is holding a charge beautifully. They checked the phone before and after to make everything was operating normal. The cost of the battery replacement was very fair and the replacement was done quickly in an half hour. I’m very happy with my experience there.

High quality work, excellent price and customer service. I smashed my iphone screen into a million little pieces and they replaced it within an hour, good as new. They also installed a new battery for half price since I was already getting another service done. I also got an additional discount by scheduling the appt online per their recommendation. I went into this location today to replace a battery on a certified pre-owned iPhone 6 that I recently bought. The manager helped me and was informative and friendly. Called and was told if I could get there within 20 mins I could fit into the time slot. Technician stated the back screen had a chip and it would most likely crack during the front screen replacement. I agreed to replace both the front and back screens. In just under 90 mins the phone was repaired. The chip never cracked so I was spared that expense. I could have been charged for the back screen as I would not have known if it cracked during installation of the front screen. Great Customer service and honest repairs. I hope I never have to come back. But, if I crack another screen I would give them repeat business.

This experience was, by far, one of the most pleasant, seamless, successful, make-my-day event that I've had in...much too long! I mean, this epitomised what every service experience should be like -- from beginning to end. From my initial call and conversation with Jeanine to the pickup of my newly functional phone! In less than 3 hours, I got phone back intact... And for a fraction of what I'd pay for a new one.

Great customer service. Screen repair was done in less than the hour they said! This was my 2nd time in the store. First time was to replace batteries in my key fob - they replaced the batteries for me in just a few minutes and I was on my way!!
