Fred is such a great guy, always so helpful! Great customer service!

2023 Update: Fred has retired, well deserved but sorely missed. Have not heard good things about his replacements.

I didn’t look at the time and accidentally came into the post office at the beginning of lunch break time with my 4 and 2 year old sons to buy stamps. The man working there told me not to worry about it and let me buy stamps quickly. What an AWESOME human being.

Postmaster Fred is knowledgeable about how to get you package or letter to the destination. He offers good ideas on packaging and cost. He has you, the customer, in mind. Yes, the Postal System is a bureaucratic mess, but Postmaster Fred tries to take the sting out of it. Rock on Postmaster Fred! Thanks for helping me out.

The guy that works there with the long hair is very nice and will point you to whatever direction you need help with..

Good post office, I have never been inside but the mailbox is right out front and I like the mailman who delivers our mail.

Terrible experience. I get there at 3:10pm (they close at 4:30). Woman says she has to take a break so I say ok no worries. I had to find a box to fix my items anyway. When she came back I asked if she had a smaller box than the large ones out in the lobby. Proceeded to give me an attitude and snip at me. Said she had three more planned shipments coming in and “LOOK AT THE TIME ALREADY!” (It was 3:20 at this point and I was the only person in the lobby). Grabbed my items and other package and walked out. You think this customer service is ok?? Only customer in the lobby with one package ready to go and another that would have been packed in seconds once I had the correct size box and I’m treated like I’m wasting this lady’s time?? It’s unacceptable.

This is absolutely the worst post office I've ever encountered. For the past 7, going on 8 months, we've received mail from numerous previous tenants, and have walked stacks of it down to the post office. Time and time again, my girlfriend and I have been given the go around by the lady at the counter saying, that it's not always the same person, there's nothing she can do, but for us to call a number at a designated time to speak with the carrier, and to leave a physical note at the post office for him. Which we did both, just yesterday, for the umpteenth time. And here we are today, will all the wrong mail, yet again. OUR NAMES AS CURRENT RESIDENTS ARE INSIDE THE MAILBOX. How hard is it to look at an envelope, and see that the names dont match up? You dont need to be the same mail man to read name tags inside the mailbox. And you cant sit here and tell me, that "oh, they're tired, oh, they have long days." That's an excuse for laziness. I can wake up at 4am, go to work at 5am, and operate heavy machinery better than these people can perform their jobs. We tried being nice, but now we're beyond fed up.

This place is so bad it's not even funny. There delivery system is all messed up I don't know how many times I get the wrong mail or come home to a package marked delivery and it's not there. Just a lazy incompetent facility this is one of the worst in my life. It almost makes me want to leave this postal code it's that bad. Maybe the people are nice but the are not good at there job and whoever is managing this place should be fired and totally overhauled

US postal is garbage. They just cost me $31 , late fee for a bill i sent out Oct 14 . Never reached its destination. Tenth time this happened .
