Best post office, the people that work there are so nice, friendly, and happy to help. Appreciate how helpful they were to me during my stay in Flora Vista :)

What a great experience. A young woman helped me this morning with some first class envelopes. Elizabeth was very knowledgeable, informative, and polite.

The young girl who works there is rude and snotty, i try not to deal with her, i don't know if its because i am old or male maybe i remind her of someone she dislikes, she acts like i am bothering her from her busy day when i need stamps or something, she acts hostile toi me, and i really don't like it, i brought my little dog one day she yells that i cannot bring dogs into the post office, i am seriously thinking of either closing my box or movie to another post office, Aztec people are always friendly

Horrible service. Moved from out of state & thought smaller location might have better service for the locals but no. That isn't the case at all. Rates are not what they say. Until your card is charged. Very rude service. My wife came out crying because of how she was treated. When asked she asked for supervisor. The person who has been helping her. Carla or Carol is the name. Payed $60 to renew a day before last incident. They will not give her full refund even a day later. So now we wait and have to go through the trouble to forward our mail to a new box after services up. We already are forwarding mail from out of state so now it's just a mess & wish we would have done to the main Farmington post office. Don't waste your time money or extra kindness because you will not get even mutual respect back.

Vindictive, held mail from me after I had a complaint. Didn’t let me have it or packages tel I updated my info in person. Told me I couldn’t download the form and that they where not connected to the USPS online. Told me that I had to update my info because I had been using my box for ten years. I found a small window of time to get in there in person witch was an Inconvenience because they close at 4pm. Then when they gave my mail to me they held some packages back. I went in about 3:50pm and the packages they kept became available at 4:01pm. They close at 4pm I didn’t even have a chance to get out of the building.
It’s is obvious retaliation very unprofessional and borderline Illegal.

The woman behind the counter was very pushy and rude today. She actually told me she needed me to just leave my stuff alone (my every move has to be to her liking apparently), and that she had a million things to do. I gathered up the package I was trying to mail and left. She was shouting orders at me as I exited the building. This is the second time she has been very impatient with me. When I drove to Aztec to mail my package I was told that the woman I described was the Post MIstress at Flora Vista? Deb Ferrari

Had a package delivered. Lady behind the counter said yes we have your package but we are too busy. That she couldn't go get it, as she leaned on the counter. I was the only customer in the post office.
