Buechel Stone Corp

Terrible customer service. Multi-State Company that literally talked down about how poor the previous owners ran the business & that "they were basically giving everything away" (uneducated & poor sales talk for get the checkbook out). Made it very clear they don't care about the small guy purchasing from them. I had purchased from Prey Stone several times over the years but would steer clear of these big shots. Definitely not local.

UPDATE, I HAVE UPGRADED MY RATING FROM 1 STAR TO 3 STARS:
I would like to add that the local help at the stone quarry was great & not a reflection of my experience with "corporate". Additionally, because of this post I was contacted by someone in corporate & they were pleasant & inquisitive to my post. Hopefully this will be resolved. THANKS!
