Torrid Clearance

I had the best shopping experience at this torrid location. Nyx was so helpful and respectful. She made me feel welcome as soon as I walk into the store. Made sure I knew all the deals and helped me fine stuff that fit my style.

Today was my first visit to any Torrid location. I was greeted immediately by Maya who made the rest of my store visit phenomenal. She listened empathetically to my needs, made recommendations based on those needs, and checked in with me multiple times to provide further info on the company and products. Candace met me at the register and helped me complete an online order for a product that wasn't in store, signed me up for Torrid rewards, and also hyped me up when she spotted me trying on a bathing suit. These two ladies MADE my experience here. I am very pleased with my visit and the customer service.

The new management and staff here are amazing and so helpful! They’ve always got a good deal too! And they’re finally open for the full mall hours too! I love the Clearance store, so much to look at and find for a good price! It definitely helps it’s all organized by size, color, and style too. Definitely recommend this store highly!

I went in today in search of a sweater. Kelly was assisting but I couldn't commit to anything. Casey tried assisting and no fault to anyone, I just couldn't make up my mind. Kelly and Casey are the most patient and honest in-store help. If you ever shop here...trust these 2 only!! Great experience. Thank you ladies.

My niece was able to get fitted for a bra and the salesperson was super helpful. Clothing was reasonable priced and would go back if I lived closer.

I absolutely love this store, they have really sweet and knowledgeable worker. They are always ready and willing to assist you. They greet you at the door with a welcoming smile, and will wait on you hand and foot if you need them to. The store was well stocked wall to wall. And the store had a great sale this week. Great job Torrid!

The people are so nice and friendly, they always try to answer your questions and help in anyway they can. The dressing rooms and the store is always clean. They have beautiful clothes. I wish they had more patterns other than floral however. But it’s a great atmosphere for plus sized women.

I love this store. Torrid is a bit pricey but I love the style so I shop here. I go to this location specifically because no matter the staff that's working, it is always a pleasurable experience...as all shopping should be! They always give their candid but hilarious advice when needed and make sure you walk out satisfied with your purchase(s).

I LOVE, LOVE this store! As a big girl they have everything I need! If I'm going to a party...Torrid, going to a wedding...Torrid, going on a date....Torrid. I they y'all see where I'm going with this. Lol...I highly recommend this store to all my big and sexy people!😘 they always have some kind of deals going on!

Woooo.. the store of my life... but i wishto be very rich.. because their prices are very high ... and i went there today i just buy one piece and i love it i hope there can have more offers but it gonna be my #1store un till i lost my 50 extra punds i have on my 🤣
