Drums, pa post office is exactly as it should be. Professional employees that know what they are doing, while being very pleasant while doing their jobs. They have all your mailing needs.
I understand people groaning about rising rates. However, these people are not paid or appreciated enough! They also deserve raises.

Fast, efficient, friendly staff, no issues here.

I notified Drums Pa Post Office more than a month ago. I have only received 1 forwarded piece of mail. They have not picked up the phone though I rang it several times. Before I left they said there was someone different all the time on the route. Very poor service. I will now contact the USPO to file a formal complain

Can't speak to the physical location, but the delivery is atrocious. Regularly delivers to the wrong addresses in our Drums community. I can depend more that I'll have a neighbor show up with my delivery than USPS. Guessing they still don't use a GPS? Either way, makes me believe federal mailing should be deprecated and taken up by the private sector.

Masks by all who enter cover nose and face why did the employee not have his over his nose??????
