Donnie and Sheila know how to take care of their customers! By quickly finding the correct part for my stove and repairing it, my family was able to enjoy Thanksgiving this past year. They do excellent work and you can trust them 100% which is very important these days. Will definitely call on them for ANY future appliance needs!

This was my my second time using DNS to get a replacement for my washing machine - the first one lasted over 5 years. As I was explaining to Sheila what had happened, she encouraged me how to check the electric outlet the machine was plugged in to as soon as I got home. This was after we had done the paperwork for the replacement. I did as she suggested and, TADA, it wasn't the machine but the outlet. How many other businesses would do that at their own expense? And there was no problem canceling the purchase or processing the refund. Please consider DNS for your appliance needs.

Service is great..if you are looking for an inexpensive washer/dryer or fridge...this is the place...they offer a 90 day warranty as well..also delivery is available for an additional charge but we'll worth it...personally I bought a dryer from them about 4 years ago and it's working great!!

I went in to buy a washing machine because mine had stopped working properly. The wonderful woman who owns the store was very friendly and while showing me some machines for sale, she asked me to explain what was going on with my current machine. I explained, and she and the man working in the store suggested I try a simple fix before purchasing a new machine, and if that did not work then come back in for a new one. I tried the fix, and it worked. My old machine still works great. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of these people. They could have easily just sold me a new machine. I appreciate DNS very much, and when the current washer breaks down for good, I will give my future business to DNS.

This place is an absolute gem. Shelia is super friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. She even gave a good discount because we traded in the old washing machine. They were able to deliver same day. Delivery fee was very fair and the man was quick and professional.

Very profession and very willing to do whatever they could to make sure I had an appliance which was tested and met their warranty standards as quickly as possible. Their showroom was clean and well kept not to mention their friendly and knowledgeable staff! Their delivery was extremely fast and helpful!

Amazing friendly owners! Not only did they help me find the dryer that was correct for my house. But offered not only to replace the power cord if it wasn't correct, and asked if I needed a dryer vent, and gave me some help getting rid of my old broken dryer.
Just an amazing over all experience, I will personally recommend to anyone looking for used reliable appliances check them out!

Great prices, reliable service, friendly and helpful staff. I purchased a refrigerator 6 years ago for under $200 and it lasted for four years. I traded it in when it quit working and they gave me a deal on my new refrigerator, which I have had for around 2 years. They have convenient store hours and will even deliver, if needed. I purchased a range from them over six years ago and it is still working just fine. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service. Sheila made sure everything worked for us, and even managed to find a refrigerator that fit our unusual sized opening with the double door one we wanted. Great delivery too, very careful and thorough. Doug made sure everything was installed and working properly.

Just bought a GE washer today. Only need for a few months. Didn't want to spend more than $100 so I was gonna take my chances and buy off FB. Something told me to just spend the extra money and get one here. So glad I did because now I have a 90 day warranty and the owners were fantastic. Washer works perfectly. They told me exactly what I needed to hear and informed my daughter not to over load your washer!!! They never pressured me into buying a thing. Thanks guys for being real people and helping us make the right decision. I highly recommend and will be back if I may need anything else they sell.

I will definitely be using DNS again. First, they stayed open after hours for me to arrive. The first thing they did was check my old dryer to make sure it was a dryer problem and not my homes electrical. They had a great selection and very reasonable pricing from an older appliance to brand new digital. They were patient with my decision process and had helpful suggestions such as noise level, type of door and history of appliance. However, the best thing was the call I go the next day. Sheila called to let me know it was likely I had a backup in my dryer venting that caused a fuse to blow and a large amount of lint in the back of the dryer. I really appreciate their genuine concern for the safety of my family. Awesome place to buy an used appliance!

I’m new to the area and bought a washer and dryer, unfortunately I had a four prong dryer and needed a three prong. I googled locations in my area and found this wonderful family owned and operated business.
Upon entering DNS Appliances, I was warmly greeted by the owner: Shelia. I explained my dilemma and she sold me a three prong connector. They were super honest and have integrity, something often lost in this world. They even allowed me to video a demonstration to show my husband.
I called a few days later with a question and Shelia’s patience and knowledge, is beyond 5 stars.
I’ll never go anywhere else! I’ll tell everyone about this place. Had I walked into a big box store or corporate chain, I would never receive this level of service or honesty, someone would have sold me a new dryer.

We stopped in because our dryer had broken, I was pretty sure I knew what was wrong and told the staff. Instead of selling me another dryer, they helped me get the part I needed to repair mine and showed me how to do it myself! It was super easy and saved me a ton of money. They did the right thing even though it hurt their bottom line! Make sure you visit them if you are in need of any appliances, I definitely recommend them to anyone!
