These guys and gals are very helpful and friendly. Go the extra mile if you need them to. Will work with you when you may need a little extra time to pay your bill. The field man is a very good guy and the office lady is nice, helpful and friendly. They don’t act like they are above you in any way and I really enjoy my interactions with them. 👍👍👍👍

They make their own rules they tell haft the people that the deposit for a meter is 1500. And for others it only 750. That's a big difference in price. And if you want your water meter you have to go to a meeting and if they like you they will let you have water. I would like to know when they become water God's. They are embarrassing also.

They're business hours aren't accurate. Best chance to reach someone is in the morning. If they answer they're always mad about something it seems like. They're always rude. Not too long ago called the emergency line because my kitchen pipe was shooting water out everywhere uncontrollably. They said that's the managers problem or my problem basically with no help at all. Like why else am I calling the water company the emergency line. Calling management and they gave me useful info to correct the situation as well as fixing the problem the next morning. If there was any other company around they would have been fired a long time ago.
