Elara Caring

I am a former employee Poor experience with management. No support from no one at the company. Supervisors are Rude to members and employees. Poor pay, no travel pay, holds your checks. While saying it's not their fault. Elara care claims to be a member driven company but,clearly not. I wouldn't refer this company to my dog.

With my type of disability I decided to try Elara caring and I really was not pleased with the rules they had... My husband happened to of been my caretaker and one rule was that he was not allowed to be in the same vehicle as me.. even though we were both on the insurance but yet with Elara it was a " liability clause". The rules they had did not apply to a married couple at all which was very conflicting...Other things I did not like was that I decided I no longer wanted their service and yet what I wanted was disregarded . I found that I was disrespected by them and they still continue to push and try to bully me into taking their services that I still do not want even to this day. To me I feel like this is just not the type of service I wanted or needed ... I hope that Elara care understands this...

i can never get a hold of payroll without getting the run around. Needing to get a garnishment address and was given a wrong address and all i get is a machine
