Recently moved to the area, and find this to be an endearing small-town US post office. Jenny - aka Ms Sunshine, has helped us on a number of occasions. She's friendly, professional and always has a great attitude. I also appreciate the reserved parking spaces for quick access.

The woman that works at this location is so rude every single time you go in. She makes it such an issue that you need to mail something. I’d recommend driving to another location, and they don’t take card. Cash or check only.

It’s Jenny and Joanie that work here, Jenny is lovely and usually works Saturday and as fill in for Joanie, who is awful and should not work with the public. Why does the town manager of Rosemary allow this mean, rude person to run the post off in this beautiful town??

Rude/ Awful Service... Feels like the place is run by a government worker who is guaranteed a job, regardles of the merits of her attitude or service.

This location does NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS for payment of USPS SERVICES. It's not very often that one sees a 1* rated business stay in business, but this place has defied the odds.

Unfortuantely, this is the only USPS location within 20 minutes of here, so we are STUCK with their poor service, awful attitude and crazy business policies. My best suggestion is to go a mile further 98/30A) to the local UPS store (that UPS store location is awesome).

Have a new build in Inlet beach, but can’t get anyone to help with mailbox placement. You can’t get anyone to answer the phone here or pcb. Sat on hold for 3 hrs yesterday. Our Mail lady tells us to put a box across the street, but doesn’t say where. Can we just put it in any spot we want? What kind of a 3rd world dumpster fire are you running over there?!

People have bad days time to time but clerk here has one every day—you are a bother/interruption to her day—i’ll just make 15 min drive to santa rosa usps where they are super nice—tried multiple times to be nice but done now.

Lady working here is extremely rude. She asked me to take my business elsewhere. After she insulted me. I stayed and said, not everyone is trying to be rude to you. I simply needed a bit of information on how to send my package. I usually use ups. She somewhat apologized. Ups in Inlet beach is amazing!!!!! I suggest going to them. It’s just up the road.

Each year we spend two months here. Last February I mailed Valentines to my eight grandchildren with money inside thinking this was a very safe place to use for mailing. One of the eight received the money intact. Three received with cut open or torn open envelopes only, no money, and the other four never received. Whoever picked up the mail that evening had a nice bonus! Could never get a contact thru and of course was never apologized to or refunded! Not a nice place at all!

Older Lady in glasses with blond hair is very rude, should not be working in costumer services at all. I went to drop off a package and she wouldn’t accept it. She ran after me outside and called me dump ,even tho I had the correct box and already paid label
On it. This ridiculous !! Someone like that in USPS!
I had a problem white her before already this is the second time she would accept my
Package when she should . And calling me names ??? What is wrong with thus people.

This place is horrible. I ordered a custom portrait of a deceased pet that was supposedly transferred to this place last week.
It’s nowhere to be found, nobody answers the phone, their service request basically said that there’s nothing that they can do since the package was listed as delivered, and now I’m out the money and the portrait all because someone at this facility transferred the package to someone who likely stole it.

They take only check and cash. Yes, checks! They have no overnight USPS. Also, the employee and/or owner would rather talk on the phone than help any customers. If I could, it would be -5 stars...

Worst post office I've even seen or had to deal with. And yeah, no card payments. Lol.
Cash or check at this archaic establishment

Would give 0 starts if I could. Tried to drop off a box 📦 the size of a microwave, the post mistress wouldn't take it because she claims she hasn't put out her mail as yet so she doesn't have anywhere to put the box so I should come back at lunch time. How can u not have any space for a box in the entire post office. She very inconveniencing and unreasonable.

The miserable lady behind the counter hates her job, hates her life, and makes sure you know it.

Always rude, bothered that you are there. Totally inconvenient that they are cash only. Terrible hours. Waste of space.

No one answers the phone. The computer system is terrible. I couldn't get my question answered so now I have to go in person. What a waste of time. Get a person for the phones.

Overly rude - goes out of her way to be mean to you. Very ironic given its location, I wonder how the local guides can stomach giving this place more than a 1 star.
