The reps here are super nice and attentive! John in particular was very helpful in helping me set up my replacement phone, making sure everything was backed up properly. My insurance sent me a replacement phone and it only had a thin screen protector and told him I was worried that my phone will crack because my 4 yo loves to use it. He actually gave me a glass one free! ☺ The wait here is worth it bec other branches in the area have reps who are rude. Go to this store! Great service thank you!

I called and spoke to Dom, he told me they had a glass screen protector and case for my new Samsung J7. I told him I would be there in 5 to 10 minutes and could he hold it. He said yes. I got there and sure enough he had put it aside. He put it all together for me too.
Dom was so nice and professional. He is very knowledgeable about the products I needed. He told me about the warranties too.
I would definitely refer people to this location.

Went in 30 mins before closing with a cupl issues, the wait wasn't long nor was it crowded. Ceasar & Fernando both ended up helping me(I said I had a cupl issues) but (excellent teamwork!👌) they resolved most issues & was very patient & resourceful as one of my issues was a bigg one. I'm pleased and that's not often with T-Mobile, probably never gave 5 Stars, but they earned it 2nite👌👍😎 Kudos

I had amazing experience with Austin the other day he listen to my problems and was concern tried to get my other phone turn on I was there for few hours and he stay patient all the way.
