I don't know why this store doesn't have five stars. I drove 45 minutes to get here because there's not a lot of stores that have a large selection of scrapbook paper. With a long drive I worried that it may not be worth it and I was completely wrong. There were so many aisles of paper and of every kind... I spent 45 minutes going up and down each aisle looking at all the different subjects they have on scrapbook paper: each state individually, national parks, school days, every holiday, patterns geometric, cruising, they have custom papers printed so you can get scrabic paper about LDS baptisms, or about the state of Kentucky. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!!

They also have a huge inventory of fabric, various colors and patterns. Throughout the store. There are hundreds of Legos on display. These are not for sale but are the owner and her son's handiwork and collection on display. My kids would have loved to look at all the different displays while I did my shopping-a win win!

I hope this store stays open for a long time. I'm excited to return when I need more paper and fabric!

This place was amazing. I had never been here before. They offer fabric, wood craft items and scrapbooking items. They also have an area where you can craft in store. Was surprised at how much they had. I don't live close, but will definitely stop by here again when I get down that way.

Vickie and her crew are so very helpful. They are always willing to help. Always cheerful and welcoming. It's my favorite place to shop, AND have my quilts done!

I made did the cut and piece work and they quilted the blanket for me. They did a fantastic job, as it is a gift for my daughter and I wouldn't have been able to do it myself!

This is my new favorite place to buy scrapbook supplies. Half of the store is dedicated to all this paper and paper crafts.They have a HUGE variety of paper packs along with the individual papers, stickers and ephemera that come in the packs. And everything is set up by themes so everything you need is super easy to find. The best part is the HUGE selection of clearance items that are always available. To top off all the goodness within this store, everything is super affordable.
The other half of the store is dedicated to quilting supplies they also have an area in the front of the store dedicated to quilt making. From what I gathered the last time I was there they seem to have a quilting group that meets there. I'm not sure the specifics on the group but the ladies seemed to be very friendly and close so that leads me to believe they meet often. So for you quilters out there looking for that type of thing this may be something for you to look in to. Im interested in knowing if they also hold scrapbooking and/or paper crafting groups or meeting 🤔 guess I will have to go in so I can find out 😁🥳👍🏽🛍🛒

I didn't realize we had a scrapbook store around still. I enjoyed the varied merchandise, and how it was arranged. It's also a quilt store. The service was good and I was able to browse to my heart's content. It's so nice to see they are still here and ready to serve!

I have been so pleased with the service and friendship extended by Heartfelt Hobby & Craft. I entered as a customer years ago, but I feel like family😍. I have had the pleasure of attending two weekend getaway retreats. Hands down they're the best I've ever attended! They go above and beyond to assist each time I go to the store for a purchase, a crop, and the retreats!!!!!! Thank you ladies for all you do to fill a need!!! Love, love, love my projects and time spent with them all! ❤

Our wonderful friend is teaching myself and our friend how to quilt. Last night we saw three quilting stores and this is the store they had the most helpful staff. We had a lot of fun in the store. It is clean and organized. My friend was looking for a quilt kit and the staff showed her how to make her own quilt kit. Now she’s has the fabric to make the quilt that she always wanted to have.

I love this quilting shop! While I haven't used them for fabric shopping, I love their machine quilting service. They are so incredible to work with. There are so many quilting designs to choose from. Not only that, but they also trim your quilt FOR you! Mindblown. Love Heartfelt!

This store is probably one of the best quilt and fabric stores I have ever been to. I feel like the staff is so friendly and helpful and the quilting that Andrea does is beautiful. The lady that used to do my machine quilting quit due to health issues and it took me awhile to find another quilter to do my machine quilting for me. I found her. She does an amazing job. I wouldn't take my quilting anyplace else. And as far as their selection of fabrics, I can find everything I need. Heartfelt is an amazing place and I love to shop there. They treat me as though I am part of their family. Thank you Vickie, Andrea, Jamie, Lori, Patty, Paula, Deanna and Stephanie. You guys are the best.

I would like to respond to the last complaint. I was in the store when this incident happened. I felt that Patty stayed very calm while trying to help with the credit card machine. You could tell the incident escalated quickly with the customer. In my opinion the customers were not in a good mood before they came into the store and when things didn't go their way, they got upset. I drive from Davis County to come to this store for both my scrapbooking and quilting supplies. The staff and owner are both very friendly and helpful. The best store ever!!

Love this store! They have a great paper selection for scrapbooking, and very helpful staff. Plus they have a program where you can earn $15 store credit, which is always nice to get free “craft” money!

I love this little hidden treasure store! I try to buy local whenever I'm able to, and this cute shop has a lot to offer crafters! I plan to someday take one of their many classes. The customer service is 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and they offer custom die-cuts! They are very helpful and the store just has great energy. I recommend it to every crafter. If you love crafting, mixed media or quilting you owe it to yourself to pay Heartfelt a visit.
TIP: it's right next to the Maverick on the South side of 9000 South right after the freeway exit, the easiest way to get there is to enter through the Maverick parking lot.

I love what I go there and buy but I can't go there again until the pandemic is over cuz the person working the morning I was shopping there did not have her mask on and she was sneezing her guts out. And when she checked me out she had a mask on but it DID NOT cover her nose. Which is very unacceptable. O was very uncomfortable shopping there!!!
Sign on the door said much wear mask if you come in and the employees should set the example. And she did NOT...

Heartfelt is hands down the best scrapbooking and supply store (they also have the cutest fabric, it almost makes me want to learn to sew). The staff is great! If you want quality products that are current and adorable this is the store to shop at! Love it!

I came in because the button on my shirt came off and I thought, "These guys will have a needle and thread." I asked and they said, "Don't buy a whole spool of thread and pack of sewing needles just for one button. They loaned me the needle and thread in the perfect color and even showed me how to sew that button back on.
I'm so grateful they were there, and so helpful. I'm taking my wife there this week and recommending Heartfelt to everybody I know.

Friday nights you will often find me scrapbooking until midnight at Heartfelt. They are so friendly and bend over backwards to be helpful. They are constantly coming up with new original ideas and classes. There selection of both quilting and scrapbook supplies can not be beat. I always find everything I need as well as new supplies. Just got home from a retreat put on by Heartfelt Utah. It was the most relaxing and fun time. We felt pampered and spoiled. The food was delicious and the prizes were great. Thank you ladies!
