NovaCare Rehabilitation - McMurrary South

I highly recommend this Nova Care facility. Mostly in part because of the staff, the therapists I have had the pleasure of working with ,Karen and Angela. Not only were they effective in my treatment, they were compassionate and genuinely concerned for my care.

I have had neck pain for years and did not know that physical therapy could help. I have only been treated twice so far, but Jennifer was able to identify exactly what was causing my neck pain. With treatment and exercises, I am already feeling great improvement of my pain. I love the friendliness and quality care at NovaCare.

Jennifer Olsen did a great job. Therapy with her always made me feel better. She was able to assess my problem and get me started on some exercises quickly. I would definitely go to Novacare again, if needed.

Excellent assessment skills, treatment plan and a wealth of information about my diagnosis.

Everyone at NovaCare is very professional and, at the same time, very friendly. They do an excellent job of listening to your description of your problem/symptoms, then they ask questions that will help them pick a course of treatment that is both effective and efficient. I felt a major improvement after only 3 visits. Karen Harvey, the therapist who worked with me, did an outstanding job identifying the causes of my pain, and then developing a plan of action. I would recommend NovaCare without reservation or hesitation. All of the people there do excellent work!

Anna, Jennifer and the rest of the staff are very professional and knowledgeable regarding my condition. They promptly analyzed and set a therapy schedule for me. I felt a 30-50% relief from pain which was great and had no need to take further pain medication. I was very pleased with their COVID protocol and facilities being cleaned and constantly sanitized. The facility is well equipped and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

The people at novacare got me through a very difficult time when I had my right knee replaced 10 years ago, and they are helping with the replacement of my left knee . The best thing is that they are the same people that helped me the first time

I have been working with Jennifer Olson-Smith. I am very impressed with her. She knows just how much to push without causing more pain. My progress has been very impressive. I think that you'll be impressed with both Jennifer and NovaCare.

Karen, physical therapist, and her NovaCare colleagues have taken care of my physical therapy needs professionally and with great kindness! I have been able to do many of the physical activities that I found so difficult when I first went to Novacare. Karen carefully assesses my medical difficulties and my pains, sets up a plan of care, and monitors my physical therapy with kindness and positivity! As I progress through the sessions, Karen carefully listens to my feedback and observed my performance and advises me on the correct technique and makes changes to my plan. I have had Karen as my physical therapist for 3 surgeries or injuries . Her knowledge of all three was outstanding. When I panic due to pain or frustration, she relieves my anxiety. She has her colleagues also monitor my therapy sessions. Angy works with me frequently and is also patient and wonderful. She coaches me with detailed instructions when I am exercising. Mary greets me with laughter even when I arrive late or on the wrong day!

Karen enabled me to return to work and all of my athletic activities. She interacts with me with a smile, understanding, laughter, and compassion!

NovaCare handles all of the insurance, and I never have to worry about getting a bill! Thanks so much!

This is the second time in 2 years I have used Nova Care for Physical Therapy.
I requested that Jennifer Artz be my therapist again. She is an awesome therapist.
The other members of three staff are also 5 star therapists.
At Nova Care I get therapy that is designed just for me. I get one on one care.
I highly recommend Nova Care Physical Therapy for anyone who needs it.

Both my husband and I have been patients here more than once, and the therapists are always wonderful. Everyone does there best to accommodate the patients’ schedules, though that gets tricky around the holidays. The therapists listen and are clear in their explanations and demonstrations, so you know what you need to be doing and what are indications to stop.

Jennifer is an excellent physical therapist who has helped with my recovery! She provides wonderful care and the best massage for my injury!

Best care I have received! The staff is kind, courteous, skilled and knowledgeable. I love that they are not treating me like a typical rehab patient and are meeting my personal needs and goals. This NovaCare Clinic is incredible. The staff is well trained and very attentive to the patients needs. The clinic is very efficient. There is a treatment plan and they are ready for you when you arrive. I highly recommend this office for your physical therapy needs.

The teamwork at NovaCare is great! The staff works with you to teach you ways to improve function &/or ability. They are knowledgeable about orthopedic conditions and offer suggestions and recommendations for more efficient form as well as proper training techniques & footwear that could be used.
