David Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Center: Southpointe

I went to David Physical Therapy after surgery on my hand. The staff is wonderful. Teamwork is central there. As soon as I walked in the door, they took me back even if it wasn't my scheduled time. Justin was the best. I only needed a few sessions because they took such good care of me. Their staff is very compassionate and caring. I would highly recommend this facility.

Friendly staff and found myself very impressed by the level of care and professionalism! The staff was knowledgeable and very attentive, and they really took the time to understand what I needed and developed a challenging but effective treatment plan. Clean and comfortable which made the place even more inviting! Overall, I enjoyed showing up everyday not only because I was getting my proper recovery, but also because it was fun!

I came in with tendinitis in my elbow that had been persistent for three plus weeks. Justin and his team are professional, friendly and attentive. He figured out the best care, exercises and treatment, and with the help of his team of professionals my elbow is in tip top shape. I recommend David for all of your physical therapy needs!

I had therapy on my right leg after double fasciotomy due to a blood clot issue. The therapists at David executed a plan that included stretching, strengthening, and balance adding exercises over time. They did a great job getting me back on my feet and walking. I continue to follow their plan on my own and have made large strides in recovery. Thanks to the fine staff at David for working with me. Highly recommend!

David Physical Therapy, Southpoint was a godsend after my father’s hip fracture at 89 years of age, working gently but progressively to strengthen his muscles, improve his balance, and ultimately get him walking independently. Justin and his team were so fantastic with my dad, that my mom, who is 88 and suffers from chronic back issues, decided to start therapy as well. She was quite limited in what she was able to do because of her pain, so was initially skeptical that the therapy would even help, but like my father, she showed significant improvement in her mobility, strength and endurance in a relatively short period. I was so impressed with their progress that I began therapy for my own back, and am yet another satisfied patient! Throughout each session we had personalized attention and never felt out of place or intimidated, as there was always a diverse mix of high school athletes, elderly, post-surgical patients, etc. The facility is beautiful and conveniently located in Southpoint with the latest equipment and plenty of space. For anyone who has had physical therapy in the past and been less than impressed, I would urge you to give Justin and his team a try as we’ve learned all PT facilities are not created equal…and for anyone who has never been, or who thinks you can’t, I think, based on my own experience, you will be pleasantly surprised!

David Physical Therapy is a large beautiful well equipped medical center. Everything is state of the art and my therapist, Hannah was wonderful. They are extremely knowledgeable and patient. They explain every detail of the treatment and give a printed hand out to help doing exercises at home. I always looked forward to my time there. There is no other option for PT! Every provider at David is top notch. Both of my kids (high level soccer players) have been treated by Dr. Justin, Dr. David, and Dr. Jeremy. Their treatment plans are so unique and specific to each injury. The therapists are outstanding as well. We cannot thank them enough for the incredible care we have received.

I received great care at David Physical Therapy. The swanky new Southpointe center is bright and airy, and the people here are true professionals! Joe was highly committed to not only getting my issue treated but also advised me to make daily adjustments to avoid such issues in the future. He’s a good listener and came up with solutions based on my conditions. He went above and beyond during the course. Justin was amazing as well and he’s super friendly. I definitely recommend this clinic.

My daughter was involved in an accident and we came here for her physical therapy. From day one Justin made her feel very comfortable and welcome, which she typically is standoffish with men. Her biggest battle more so than the physical injuries was confidence and Justin did so much in helping to build her confidence and making her feel good as she was recovering. I'm so glad that we went here and highly recommend them to everyone. All of the staff members that we had interaction with were really nice and pleasant. A+++++ to this operation.

I had physical therapy 3X a week for 6 months. The facility is new and well equipped. Everyone there was so professional and kind to me in helping with this recovery. They are all so compassionate with all of their patients! I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable team! And a special thanks to Hannah, I couldn’t have done it without you! I couldn’t have been more pleased! The staff was professional, encouraging and friendly and the Southpointe facility was spacious and clean. My physical therapist, Hannah, was amazing, and I was grateful that she took the time to explain what she was going to do and how and why it would be beneficial to my recovery. Five stars to the PT technicians as well. They were attentive and made sure that I was doing my exercises correctly so that I could continue my rehab at home.

I highly recommend Justin David's physical therapy center as Justin and his team are friendly, supportive, and very efficient. I had my knee surgery in Jan. 2022, and now I can run with my daughter and my dog -- all thanks to Justin and his teammates' help and guidance!

Justin and his staff are are a pleasure to work with and are very professional. The facility at Southpointe Town Center is very well equipped and is a great setting with full length windows spanning the entire front of the space making it bright and enjoyable.

Very flexible and accomodating! Scheduling appointments the same day is easy. The doctor alters your physical therapy plan to meet your needs and address any concerns you may have. I went from using crutches to on my way to walking normally! I would recommend this place to anyone.
