Beltone Hearing Aid Center

We had a wonderful experience today at the Camp Hill, PA location!
First, I would like to thank them for sending Vinny the representative from Beltone to the RedLand Senior Center last week. Vinny was awesome! He explained the process and made the appointment for my 80 year old Mom ... easy.
Appointment Day: Robyn greeted us and offered refreshments while we waited and filed out minimal paperwork. She was very nice and pleasant! She took care of all the insurance approvals, we did nothing.
Sarah was wonderful with my Mom. To start off with Mom refuses to wear hearing aids!
Sarah explained everything from the ear to the hearing tests that was going to take place. She has a calm, professional demeanor and myself and my Mom were very comfortable with her.
Sarah had let my Mom try a sample pair on and she could hear!! I had tears of joy!
I highly recommend Beltone @ Camp Hill, PA!

Robin and Sarah were very accommodating my transistor went out on my hearing aid I stopped in and gave me a temporary replacement so I could hear again and they said they will call when the new one comes in so I thank them both very much and Ron great people that will work with you thank you very much

Sarah spent whatever time was needed to adjust my hearing aids and schedule a 3 month appointment.

I went in to have the volume turned down since I had a hum in my ears and also to link my IPhone and hearing aids. Sarah was wonderful helping me link my phone and hearing aids. It was such a surprise when the phone rang and I could hear them through my hearing aids. Thank you Sarah for helping me set this up and turning the volume down. Brenda K.

I wish I could far more than 5 stars! Bel Tone in Camp Hill is AMAZING!!!! They were my angels this week! My grandfather; who is almost 97 and in rehab. needed his hearing aids cleaned and checked not once; but twice with a 2 day time period. I was greeted both times by the staff at Bel tone with a happy and friendly attitude! Rhonda and Caleb ... I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and your compassion towards my grandfather! You are beautiful human beings and are making such a huge impact in our world through the way you treat others as they walk through your doors. Everyone should take pointers from you. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. My son who is 11 said as we walked out your door this afternoon,, "Bel Tone is awesome!" <3

I have always had good service with people in this office. Cindy is very accommodating getting me an appointment when I have a problem with my hearing aids. I do not know Caleb well as I only met with him a couple of times but the time I have spent with him was positive. He is very friendly and accommodating in correcting any problem. I would recommend this office to any of my friends.

Everyone is absolutely wonderful. Robyn is a joy. She was so kind to me. Looking forward to my next appointment .

Charming people, so helpful. Caleb is very knowledgeable. Had no problem with finding the correct hearing aid to fit my needs, and Caleb explain everything I wanted to know.

I was really pleased with the staff that helped me and walked me through the process to get my hearing test done today and to tell me that I needed hearing aids she was so Nice
