Hearing Health Connection - Camp Hill

Free consultation, free hearing tests, clear explanation of results and options ... what's not to like? With my insurance the model hearing aid I choose was free, but there was never any pressure to purchase. Happy I chose HHC.

I went to Hearing Health Connection with my father when it was time for him to get new hearing aids. Holly was so nice and explained everything to us about how hearing aid technology has developed and improved since my dad purchased his hearing aids five years ago. He LOVES his new hearing aids and there is a HUGE difference in his hearing.

Holli is very knowledgeable and professional. Took the time to explain how to change the tubes in my hearing aid myself to reduce the number of visits I have to make to the office.

Stopped by the office to see if the they could help me. My mother is non ambulatory and the audiologist said she could come to my mother's residence to make a new mold as she lost the ear insert to her hearing aid. I did not ask, she said she could come out in a few weeks. Called a week later and I was told she needed her managers approval and her manager was out of town. Called 3 weeks later and was told the manager would not allow her to visit. I called and got that information after three weeks of waiting. It would have been nice to know that sooner so I could make other arrangements. Don't offer what you can't do.

I was greeted very nicely when I arrived for my appointment . She explained the paperwork that had to be filled out. Holland and I talked about what I was looking for in hearing aids and explained everything and answered all my questions. She really informed me on the different types of hearing aids and what she thought would work best for me. I enjoyed the time at the appointment and left there with a lot to think about with what I learned from her. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for hearing aids. Holly was awesome! She has a calm demeanor and fully explained the process. After my test, she explained the results and what I need to be aware of in the future. Annual hearing tests were recommended and I will follow up. Recommend her to everyone !

When I first called to make an appointment, I spoke with a lovely woman named Patty. She was so upbeat and friendly. She was able to give me an appointment within two days. I went to the office, looking forward to meeting Patty. She was so very kind and friendly -- I felt so at ease! She then introduced me to Holly. Holly had a big smile and answered my questions and made me feel very comfortable. After talking with Holly, I also met Steve, who was very friendly. All in all, my visit to West Shore Hearing was exemplary. Patty, Holly, and Steve are wonderful. Please keep up the good work, guys! Thank you so much.

Holly and her team were very helpful to my dad who was having difficulty with his hearing aids that he didn't even purchase from Hearing Health Connection. Highly recommended if you are looking for good customer service.

I took my Mom to be have her hearing tested at this location. My Mom was a little apprehensive but the staff was very friendly and helpful! Mom was amazed at how much better she could hear and will be fitted with her set soon. One payment and your set with free visits, service and adjustments. Great friendly and efficient service! Highly recommend if you or your loved ones need this service.

My experience with HHC since they took over the West Shore Hearing practice has been excellent. Holly is so easy to work with and is always willing to help me out if I have any questions or an issue with one of my hearing aids. Keeping her customers happy seems to be Holly's goal and she easily achieves that. Holly is always accepting of any feedback I provide her about the hearing aids or any related issues.

I have been going to Hearing Connections for over 2 years now. Holly is both experienced and thorough. I feel good about trusting my hearing health to her. Her receptionist Patty is also very friendly.

Holly and Patty are great team and huge upgrade from previous staff. Holland truly cares about my mothers hearing health. When I bought my hearing aids, I was happy to discover that future hearing tests, adjustments, repairs, and cleaning were included at no extra expense. During my visits, all service has been friendly and helpful. In my last visit the capability of my hearing aids was expanded and the sounds became even clearer than before. I have a lot of faith in WSHC and am glad that I chose them.

Holly Reidt, HIS at West Shore Hearing Center in Camp Hill, PA. They are extremely pleased with the hearing aids so far. More importantly, the service from the reception (Alicia) to the provider (Holly) was above and beyond anything they expected.
