I had a package that was held for delivery & was lucky to pick it up before it got sent back. Eligio was so helpful, professional & friendly, explaining clearly the process for receiving packages in the future. The nicest postal worker I’ve interacted with!

This place is the carrier annex. Sometimes if your package was not delivered to your address this is the place you more than likely need to pick it up. They do sell stamps and ship your packages as well. The only thing is they are closed for the lunch hour. 12-1 pm. So if you need to ship a package or buy stamps for your lunch you're out of luck at this location.

Everyone who works here is super kind and helpful. So much better than the downtown...They are amazing at tracking down lost packages too. Thanks to you all!

Sometimes you can get lucky and intercept a returned package here, and even if they can’t help you, they always try.

Everyone has been very nice and friendly, still they have no answer why I have not received my mail and packages that were forwarded for the past two months.

There's a dude here who is rude and loses his cool on customers. Don't fully blame him, though! Our Governor treats our Post Offices like TRASH. All on purpose, I'm sure. The Community is highly frustrated, hearing it almost every time we pick up mail!

Had a package that shipped from this location, was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd of July. Has not updated since June 28th when it shipped. Item will be difficult to find a replacement and filing claims with the PO has proven not helpful.

Closes at 4:30 not 5:00… google or post office is incorrect!

The service is the worst they never can answer your questions or help you. Like most places in taos they never can pick up the phone.

the WORST customer service ever... say they will call, never do... get irritated when you come in.. Taos’s customer service isn’t great but this place gets the prize!

Very unfriendly - A. Leyba seemed as if it was a hassle to help find a package 📦 that was accidentally sent there by Fed Ex.
