Best place in Pittsburgh to grab a hoagie. Fantastic menu items you can’t find anywhere else, great hardworking people, very friendly. The owner Mike makes you feel like family when you are there.

The Italian Hoagie was delicious. The staff were nice and friendly and provided a great experience. I am now a regular customer. Stop by for a great hoagie.

Syd and Bella helped me with my meal. They were very kind and very helpful and my hoagie tasted delicious.

Man some of these older reviews were kinda harsh. This place is great. I discovered Primos back in philly area. And I think they are the best. Seems pricey until you compare the quality of meats and cheeses snd the bread! The bread is the best part. Their 9 inch is more filling than a footlong somewhere else. Try the dirt puddings too. Excellent

The food was wonderful, they are completely customizable. If you can't eat bread they have wrap and bowl options which are delicous. The service was also great!

I am not one to leave reviews but in this case I am going to make an exception This was by FAR the best Philly cheese steaks I have ever had the sweet peppers were a delightful addition balancing out the richness from the steak and cheese. 100% would recommend

This is the friendliest staff and to watch these employees work is amazing!! The food is beyond words.. wide variety huge portions and the quality is above the rest!!

First I will say the subs are great.

But I added a sub to a previous ordered take out and waited with no exaggeration an additional 30 minutes for one sub to be made. With multiple people who ordered after me getting there so I’ve been leaving before I was able to. Again, I will most likely go back because the subs are delicious but they got a nail down the process so that people aren’t waiting a half an hour for one sub

Listen this is small business service - after my review they literally asked me about it when I came in the next time gave me a free sub apologized and explained they are still working things out. Love this spot!

Never had a bad sandwich yet! Everything is super fresh and made to order. Good food takes time to make and it is worth the wait! Most of these places don't have the owner working there and it shows they care. This hoagie spot will only get better.

Just tried this new place out and my family was very impressed! If anyone knows me they know I’m a hoagie aficionado and know great sandwiches! The quality of their hoagies is incredible! The crunchy bread was delicious the meats were amazing and the veggies the perfect amount of crispness . They seemed to be having a few troubles with their tech/systems but they were getting through it, there are always a few kinks with a new business but they are doing a great job!! We will definitely be going back especially for the giant pickles my son is now obsessed with!!!

I’ve had it 3 or 4 times and have no complaints with regard to service like some others do. Even if I did at some point, I wouldn’t let that cloud the fact that their product is superior. The ingredients are much fresher and more flavorful than any competition’s in the area. I’m glad this location opened near me.

Great food, great people. What more can I say. They are working very hard. Staffing is low due to the pandemic, but these days seems like it is hard to find employees. However, this being said......They are doing a wonderful job! Keep it up. Don't worry about all the Karens and Franks!!! Food is phenomenal!!!! Also, NOTE: If you as a customer want toppings, ASK FOR IT !!!! They have all kinds of toppings!!!! Including fresh Mozz! That is all :)

As an Italian-American whose family is from Philly, I've craved a good hoagie since leaving the City of Brotherly Love. Unfortunately, I hadn't been able to find one, until now!

This is the BEST place to get a hoagie/grinder/whatever you call it. The bread is so fresh (pretty sure they bake it every couple hours), the ingredients are excellent, and the variety of sandwiches is amazing. I recommend just about everything. And they also have typical Italian style stuff in the fridge, like sharp cheese, pepper shooters, pepperoni & meats, etc.

The staff & the owner are very, very nice and friendly. I've lived in Philly, CT, Boston, Montreal, and now Pittsburgh. This is probably in my top 3 favorite restaurant establishments in general, and certainly #1 for hoagies.

Come here for a great sandwich! They use quality ingredients and have a large selection to pick from. Great sides too. You will get a lot of sub for your money!

Very good hoagies. I at first was unsure about the bread. It's kinda hard but I have grown to love it. I crave that sesame seed hoagie now.
My only complaint is they are not good with customization. Almost every order has something missing on a sub or two. No pickles one time, no pickles on the side 1 time, no onion another time, no hot peppers, etc. It's always something it seems but regardless the hoagies are great.
