My iPad Pro 1st Gen needed a new battery. First of all I got quotes from several places and these guys were among the fairest prices. Not only that but most places told me "if we break the screen in the process it's going to be $xx.xx extra on your bill" whereas Chris told me "if we break the screen we'll replace it on us." That right there sold me. I took my iPad in and had a new battery within 24 hours (excluding time of them shipping the battery in). I loved the service they were very professional and friendly. I was greeted professionally. Art did a thorough check of my phone to insure everything was still working properly. Once checked, he offered a battery replacement at the time of the screen repair since my phone is quite old. It saved me quite a bit of money. The phone was ready, clean and in perfect working order when I came to pick it up. Hopefully, I am good for another couple of years with it.

Such an easy experience. Make appointment online and save $10! It was fast (little over an hour), they charged the right price, and used the right parts. Mason replaced my broken Galaxy S8 screen, which is not something I would do myself (I've replaced half a dozen iphone screens).
I needed a new battery too, and they had a sale on those! I hadnt tried to fix my phone myself, so it is under their full warranty (warning to you DIYers). Highly recommend!!

Needed a new battery for my old iPhone 6. Made an online reservation and got right in. 20 minutes after walking in the door I walked out with a better than new battery installed. A battery that cost less than $75 is much better than a $1,000 phone that has a slightly better camera. Worth every penny.

Associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, very quick service to replace a cracked iPhone 7 Plus screen and more than Half the cost of my cell phones insurance coverage. Also, told me if I scheduled an appt online it would save me $ instead of just walking in the store.

The staff was super friendly and fixed my shattered I-phone screen so quickly! I was so thrilled on how fast it was done and the quality of work. There was one minor problem after it was completed but it was my fault for dropping the phone. It was not their fault at all. The problem was caused by me dropping my phone. Thank you guys so much! Broke the back screen of my Galaxy S10. Can't tell the difference between the replacement and original. More importantly, half the price of any other quotes in the area.

I dropped my phone. The screen broke. The guys at Batteries + fixed it for cheap and in just about an hour. No, BS or making me feel stupid at the "Genius Bar" just excellent service, quick and no fuss or long lines. I hope I don't need them again, but knowing how hard I am on my phone, I'm sure I will and they will square me away again.
