Very satisfied with this company. I had my camera break and since my phone is a Motorola product than it has countless options for parts. Through their diligence they found the correct camera and helped me with my Phone Fix. Totally Satisfied, but just like Tow Truck operators hope I don't need you again. If I do though I know who to call and where I'm going to get it done. Thank you again to you and your team.

They helped me fix my phone and it was an ordeal bc I tried to do it myself first and it was a bad situation but within the week they got the right parts. First they fixed my phone to where it was functional and then let me pick up my phone and wait for the proper parts to fix it fully, I only had to pay the difference for the new part when it came in. Completely restored my phone to its original condition and all the mess ups I did you wouldn’t even know now. The people in the shop are really friendly also, I highly recommend this place and I hope nothing ever happens to my phone again, but if it does, I’ll be taking it here.

This is by far the best phone repair service in the area. I drop my phone a lot, meaning I’ve had to get my screen replaced several times. In the past I’ve gone elsewhere, but yesterday I took my phone to the Phone Fix and was so impressed with the service. First of all, there’s a drive though which is nice when I’ve got a car full of kids. Then, there’s the fact that their prices are lower and their service faster than the last two places I’ve gone. When I went to pick up my phone, they had even put a complimentary screen protector on! I paid $20 for one at the last place! I’ll definitely use this place again!

I cannot even describe how amazing these people are!! I broke my phone while out of state and needed a new one that day so I had to buy one while I was away. I took my old phone in to see if I could somehow get my files off #PreciousMemories. I didn’t need the old phone anymore after I got the files so they helped me out. They ordered the screen and replaced it, then I got my files off and used the credit of selling my fixed phone to them to walk away with exactly what I needed for $0. They spent LOADS of helpful time with me explaining the process and even let me stay after closing when my file transfer took longer than I thought. 100/10 people and service ❤🙏❤

Friendly/knowledgable staff with the patience of Jobe. They even have a drive-through window for your convenience. If they do not have what you're looking for, they can order it.

I dropped my phone and cracked the screen where the phone was unusable. They quoted me on 2 screen options and strictly data recovery without screen repair. The phone is 4+ years old so they had to order the screen. It came in and they fixed my phone the same day. Everybody was so helpful and friendly. Absolutely recommend them. They also have a drive through window for drop off and pick up which I thought was pretty neat.

Woke up with my phone dying on 5% and no solution, battery was shot. Every place I called to fix it tried to charge me an arm & a leg and gave no guarantees. Not only did these guys have a better price, they found other issues relating to the battery burnout and gave me a super deal on the up sell. They finished everything in a very timely manner. Great products, smart techs & excellent customer service! I will send friends to this place for tech needs and I will be returning when I’m in need. Thanks guys!

Stephen and Jorge took amazing care of us they are honest and have the best customer service. They even stayed late to make sure my husband's phone was working before we left! Will definitely use them again!!!

In the spirit of full disclosure, I am a repeat customer but this is the first time I have posted a review. These folks are simply friendly and knowledgeable. My latest visit was to correct some "glitch" with an iPhone - one of those unexplained occurrences. Stephan immediately corrected the issue and the phone was again fully operational. He then refused even a nominal fee for his services. This type of customer service has earned my continued future business.

Broke my screen and called them the next day. They made sure to order the parts for next day and gave me a personal number to contact them for after hours. I was on tour at the time and they made sure to get it done in a VERY timely manner! Absolutely fantastic service and expertise! Highly recommend

I took my A32 Android 5G phone in, that had a screen with a white line thru it and black background due to dropping it, and Syn was really helpful and attentive. They ordered my part and had it fixed within a few days. Definitely coming back again. Thank you!

The five stars on this review are well deserved I came in with a phone that had its front glass chewed by my couch and it was a sorry sight. After two hours I returned and the phone looks and functions almost factory new again.The staff are friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable the location is something of a hidden gem in rodgers. I would strongly recommend to anyone in need of cleaning or repairs for their handheld.

I had a severely damaged phone with several important photos I did not want to lose. I had to buy a donor phone but they were able to take my bent up motherboard install it in the donor and get all of my photos back. I highly recommend them for phone repair

walked in at 4pm talked to one of the guys there forgot his name but supper helpful and knowledgeable gave me the best scenario and the worst scenario that might be going on with my phone offered free diagnostic and called me explained what he found and asked if i wanted it fixed it was a fair price and superior customer service i had my phone working and in my hands by 550 highly recommend this place if you need fast and high quality service will definitely be back when need it again

Probably the best phone service experience I have ever had. Brought in my Samsung Note 20 Ultra due to potential water damage causing the touch screen to not work. They diagnosed the issue and advised a workaround to use the S-Pen to get around the touch screen not working, while I got a new phone replacement. They even gave me an old Note 5 S-Pen which is compatible with Note 20 at no additional cost (I had lost the S-Pen that came with my Note 20)! Highly recommend it to anyone needing a phone repair!

I do not write reviews, But I am writing this one. I would give Stephen and Jorge 10 "Stars" for Fast Service at a competitive Price.

I went to 3 other places, One had tested my battery and charging port and concluded the motherboard on my phone was out.

Stephen and Jorge checked (ALL) of the phone components (for free) and found it was the touch screen malfunctioning.

Had my phone repaired in 2 hours on a Saturday

I was ready to trade in the IPhone 8 for parts

They saved me at least 300.00 in replacement costs and the repair cost was very reasonable.
