UPS Access Point location

I love this place,the customer service there is great.

Do Not Use This Access Point! Look at the Photos! Owner has absolutely no respect for your packages and no customer service. He lost my package that required a signature!!! His app on the phone says the package was scanned and dropped off at this location. I had all emails that the package was dropped off. No Package to be found with all the mess in this fake business front probably used to laundry money. Now all of sudden tracking was updated to Receiver refused package!?? Not sure what scams they are running out of this location. I did not refuse the package he miss placed.

Don't waste your time going there. They're never open during their stated business hours. I've wasted too many trips over the past few months only to have to drive somewhere else. Seriously, they may as well be out of business. Hours online are the same as listed in their store door/windows but the door is always locked and lights are out. If the owner doesn't know someone should tell them!!

Walked in and no one was here. After a bit someone walked in told me to put my package in the pile. It was expensive so I asked for a receipt. The man took out his phone and said it wasn't scanning. So I walked out and so did he. Super sketchy. Go somewhere else.
