I am a full time caregiver to a client that was transported by Golden Cross Ambulance today to an important doctors appointment. Zach and Jasmine were a huge comfort to us today.They were very knowledgeable and so professional every step of the way. It made my day and his sons day that they explained everything to my client which made his anxiety stay very much under control, they made a 94 year old man very happy today.They answered all of our questions professionally and made us at ease also, and they were with us well over an hour. Please let them know that Tom and I ( Corina) were so pleased with our experience with Zack and Jasmine Kudos to them!! We are very pleased with Golden Cross Ambulance.

The ambulance arrived quickly which was very appreciated but the EMT Jim was extremely inconsiderate of the situation. He complained about the cold and insisted on rushing the loading process despite a man being in serious pain. He went on to use profanity and stood with his arms crossed while the family helped to load the patient. If there were another ambulance service we would have used it.

18 months ago valley regional called golden cross and had them ambulance my husband down to Springfield Massachusetts. He did not have insurance so we were paying monthly. My husband passed 7 months ago and I could not afford to keep paying. The woman who just called me didn't care that my husband died or that I couldn't afford to keep paying. She had the nerve to say I should feel lucky that they even gave him a ride and if I didn't keep paying what goes around comes around. It's pretty sad that $1500 can make someone wish I'll will on someone who lost there whole world 7 months ago.

I have a call out to the owner for the Saturday call. I have filed a verbal complaint. I will describe the incident in detail, if needed.
