Southside Church of Christ

As a 41-year-old educated black man, I have had the pleasure of experiencing the warmth and inclusivity of this expansive church community firsthand. From the moment you step through its doors, you are greeted by a multitude of kind-hearted and compassionate individuals who embody the essence of genuine hospitality.

The grandeur of the church's architecture is matched only by the enormity of its spirit, as evidenced by the congregation's unwavering dedication to uplifting one another. Service commences promptly at 10:45 am on Sundays, offering a structured yet inviting atmosphere for worship and fellowship.

Throughout the service, the air resonates with the soul-stirring melodies of gospel songs, each verse serving as a testament to the enduring power of faith and praise. These uplifting musical interludes seamlessly complement the inspiring sermons delivered by the church's esteemed clergy, imparting wisdom and encouragement to all in attendance.

Beyond its spiritual offerings, this church serves as a beacon of community and camaraderie, fostering an environment of belonging and acceptance. Within its walls, individuals from all walks of life converge, united by a shared commitment to love, compassion, and service to others.

In essence, this church is more than a place of worship; it is a sanctuary of love and fellowship, where good people come together to celebrate life's blessings and support one another through life's challenges. I am honored to be a part of this vibrant community and look forward to continuing my journey of faith alongside its wonderful members.

I use to attend Southside Church of Christ, your church I recall Mom saying, its heavily doctrinated. My Dad, likewise so encouraged me. I do miss their hospitality; uplift, it gave.

Southside Church of Christ is an excellent place for true Children of God to worship Him in Spirit and in Truth!

Always a good place to be to really learn about God and what you mean to Him and what God does for you DAILY.
