Bagmaster Luggage Repair and Sales

This place was amazing!! I got 2 pieces of luggage repaired here. Firstly, Jessica connected with me over whatsapp and asked for pictures of what I needed fixed so she could diagnose it before I made the trip in. Then, she was super helpful when I got there, confirmed it was covered under my Samsonite warranty, and then got them repaired in less than 48 hours!! They even called me when they were ready, a day early, to let me know I could pick them up anytime. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. They also repair all sorts of bags and other items. Ive already recommended them to a friend, and my family. Thanks Jessica and team!

We had luggage where one of the wheels was ripped off during a handling by airport staff. We went to Bagmaster and they investigated repairing or replacing. They were very methodical determining that it would not be prudent to change one wheel therefore would have to change all four. Instead, a replacement would be logical. We worked with Jessica who was kind, responsive, and business minded. She let us know it would be ready in a couple weeks and it was. We picked up the luggage which we just took in a trip. Thank you Bagmaster !!!

What an absolute pleasure of an experience. My Travelpro luggage wheel broke off and I brought it to Bagmaster. Jessica was very nice and got the back fixed right away while I waited!! WOW, now that is great customer service. Thank you 😊

I really don't do much reviews, but in this store I had to. Starting that I went on a Saturday 1 hour before closing, Jessica tended me and I showed her my broken suitcase. With out any hesitation she looked my suitcase to see if they had the parts and they didn't have them. Then she gave me the best news that the company was replacing my luggage for free. By Tuesday, the new suitcase was delivered to my doorstep. In all great customer service, Again thank you Jessica!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this store. I was in town for only two days, and of course my suitcase wheels broke at the airport when I landed. In a panic, I called around and found Bagmaster luggage repair. I called to ask if they would be able to repair it, I was asked to send photos, I was given a very fair price for the repair. I took the suitcase into the store an hour later, and walked out less than an hour after, with a perfectly functional bag.

What a pleasure to be able to repair my suitcase instead of having to get rid of it and get a new one. I am super happy with the service And the friendliness of everyone in the store. I am very grateful that I was able to get my suitcase fixed in a timely manner.

I could not find one single luggage repair business in Broward County (or Boca) that would replace the wheels on my mother's older suitcase. All told me I should buy a new suitcase. What a waste! But, when I reached out to Bagmaster in Aventura, the owner was entirely willing to see if she could help me out. I sent photos of my suitcase to her and heard back the same day that the wheels could be replaced and what the cost would be. When I arrived, they were able to replace the wheels and the suitcase handle within a few hours while I waited so that I would not have to drive back. The charge to replace the wheels and handle were very reasonable. Needless to say, from start to finish, I was extremely pleased with how Bagmaster handled my request. I highly recommend Bagmaster!

They fix all your needs for your broken suitcase. It was a little bit expensive, but fast and good work. $32.10 For a couple of interior lining zipper pulls.

I try to fix the carry-on handle myself and didn't work.
The lady at Bagmaster took it inside, sprayed WD40 and it worked. She didn't want to charge me Great gesture. Saved my favorite suitcase. Nice store. Nice people. Don't go anywhere else. Thank you.

Amazing service.. I’m very happy that I found this place! They repaired one of my favorite bags that was damage on my last trip. The store also has a good selection of new bags and accessories as well. They try and get as much as they can from the manufacturer warranty. Thank you Bagmasters!

Had a broken zipper on my Hartmann bag. Sent to Bagmaster and they were terrific ! Their service was phenomenal . They replaced our previous Hartmann with a new Hartmann. The quality of the new one is not near the quality of the old Hartmann but that is not Bagmaster’s fault . We asked them to rush the delivery as we were planning a trip .
It was suppose to be delivered in 10 days but we received it in 2 days!
Wonderful service ! Great company!
