I had a great experience here while dropping off old equipment and picking up new equipment. The service representative, Diane, was more helpful and knowledgeable than the phone representative or the service technician who had done the installation. I'm glad this location was so close by in downtown Southampton. Great service, friendly staff and knowledgeable workforce. I wish I could give 6 stars.

Optimum is super unreliable and canceled 4 tech appointments without calling. But five stars to Marissa at this location, for being super patient and helpful. Fingers crossed she has the magic touch to get my internet installed after a month of waiting.

Diane was amazing and provided me top of the line customer service. She is an asset to your company and sets the stands for excellence. If you ever need assistance, I recommend coming to this location and asking for Diane

The staff is excellent. They're as helpful as possible. Please consider paying your employees more money and giving them better long term benefits , Altice stock, and favorable 401k and healthcare . Take better care of your employees as they will take care of customer and customer retention will explode. This model works! It's proven! Ya I know Altice has an oligopoly still shouldn't matter.

Went to Optimum Store to swap a Cable box that died out. In and out in under 10 minutes with a nice sales clerk to assist.
