Dropped my truck off for an oil change- everyone was courteous and super easy to deal with. Had the truck done a couple hours later- price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend this shop!

I’ve had my share of older cars that needed repairs over the years and it’s rare that you find a mechanic that is so above board and caring. They laid out exactly what my car needed to be fixed and demonstrated that to me, and furthermore did not do more work than what was necessary. I can’t more highly recommend them. They are an auto repair shop that is skilled, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

I always enjoy working with the owners and staff at Meineke. Friendly and knowledgeable, genuinely honest, and with reasonably priced service, this is my go to car repair place. I always complete trust them to give me the best professional service and advice about my car.

Came from NJ to Long Island to care for a relative, and knew something had happened to my Subaru’s exhaust system on the way out.
Called my mechanic in NJ; he advised me to find a muffler shop, as opposed to going to a dealership… he said a dealership would most likely tell me to replace the entire system, rather than repair it.
Found the Meineke in Southampton and made an appointment, after reading the many reviews about their knowledge and honesty.
They gave me an appointment right away,
and I was shown the problem as soon as the car was on the lift. I was given two options for repair, and the difference was explained to me. The mechanic even offered to try to do a temporary repair, so that I could have my NJ mechanic look at it when I got home.
While I was waiting for the car to go up on the lift, a gentleman whose car was in for repair told me that the mechanic I was dealing with was one of the most honest in the area; that fit with the reviews I had read.
A part had to be ordered, so I returned a bit later. Another gentleman was having his car serviced; he asked the mechanic if he should replace a part they had talked about previously. The mechanic told him that it wasn’t necessary right then, and the owner could just keep an eye on it.
I thought- “He could have told him to replace the part, and the owner would have done it”- I felt that was an example of putting honesty before profit.
Very impressive!
Repair was done, and I have a year warranty at any Meineke shop, which is peace of mind! Very satisfied!
Only one issue- the shop was hard to find.
No signage, because a tree had knocked it down. I finally had to stop at another business and ask where Meineke was!

Meineke was there for me as soon as I had a mishap with my rear brakes. Dave was super friendly! There are a lot of options in the area and I’m glad I chose them for help.

I had a great experience. The guy Kyle handled things smooth and fast. Definitely 5 star service!

They are great, honest and quick.
They don’t try to over charge you and explain everything that needs to be done.

Will definitely recommend them and return for future service.

Excellent problem solving crew works this shop! I have had them baby my 2004 Forester since 2008, and my visit yesterday for a vehicle inspection was no different. Thorough check turned up a few suspension problems, and after explaining the problem they made the appropriate repairs and got me certified for another year on the road.
