During more than 70 years of driving, I have lived in four States, so I’ve seen a lot of service garages. Joe’s Garage is far and away the best of them. Joe and his staff are accommodating in making appointments; they are faultless in diagnosing your car’s problems; they are clear in explaining those problems to you and offering you options if more than one fix is possible. They are quick and faultless in repairing whatever’s wrong – and in providing thorough periodic servicing -- and their charges are reasonable. They are always a pleasure to work with. And you always feel safe driving a car serviced at Joe’s.

Joes Garage is unlike any of I’ve ever used. There’s none that come close to the combination of expertise, honesty and customer service. They are excellent along with being uniquely friendly and great with making you feel assured that they have your needs at heart regardless of how major or minor the repairs. After I showed up in my truck without an appointment, Joe quickly took care of my battery issue, & he then alerted me to some other important issues that needed to be addressed. i got an estimate for the work & made an appointment to have the work done; it was done on time & within the estimated price (no surprises) and I am a very happy, satisfied customer. 3:45 Friday afternoon my car breaks down on the side of the road. Overheated, fan belt destroyed, water draining out and engine smoking. Long story short my car was ready Monday afternoon. Need I say more. Thanks Joe!

I was more than lucky to find Joe 150 miles from home and in a town where I knew no one. I reached out to him after hours - on the day before New Years no less - when my breaks stopped working. Not only did he agree to look at my car even though he was closed, but also offered to wait until the tow truck arrived at his shop (1-2 hours later). He evaluated my car and then shared that he wasn't going to charge me at all. Finding someone as reliable, trustworthy and generous as Joe was a wonderful way to start 2018.

Very professional and courteous; they have done work on our 21 year old Mercedes several times and are fair with pricing and sensitive to the fact that this car does not warrant a huge amount of expense. They explain issues comprehensively and suggest different options for repairs based on affordability and best outcome. They are honest and friendly, and down to earth.

Joe's was recommended to me by a friend and long-term client. I was planning to use them for an issue with my Mini Cooper, but it ended up breaking down in Manhattan. I called Joe's and spoke with Leigh who talked through my dealer's recommendations and gave me some great advice that ended up cutting my service bill by 1/3. Heard about Joe's Garage through a colleague as well as a number of great reviews online. I took my truck to get repairs (it needed a lot), everybody I met and spoke to were absolutely great! Joe was friendly and helpful and Charlie, the technician who worked on my truck was awesome. He showed me everything that was wrong and then fixed everything in a very prompt manner. My truck drives like it's brand new! Two thumbs up to everyone at Joe's Garage, thanks again guys!

Joe's garage has been taking car of ours cars for several years. We actually enjoy our visits there, which is an amazing thing to say about an experience involving car problems. They consistently provide effective, intelligent, reasonably-priced service, along with extremely friendly and helpful attitudes.

Excellent service, great people. We were interested in buying a used classic car. Called Joe's about doing a thorough inspection before we bought. Leigh was a huge help, everyone was friendly and Zbiegnew walked us through all the positives and negatives he could find in the inspection.
