The repairs were completed quickly and the car is running great. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I checked the rates before going, and they are also among the cheapest in the Hamptons. Sincerely not going anywhere else! ( a side plus: A couple places nearby to grab a quick snack / lunch while waiting for the work to be done )

I recently brought a car here for an alignment after a friend highly recommended them. They were very easy to work with, did great work, and were fairly priced. Can’t ask for more from a local shop - i will be coming back here after having such a good first experience.

These guys are amazing!! They've been working on my cars since I've had cars. Super nice, fast, professional - I've never felt like I was over charged or taken advantage of by them. They're really chill & down to earth and they give me great advice on what I need to do for my car, verses what I can hold off on. They often do extra little things I didn't expect. Took my van for a new starter. Received a call before any work started and was given a diagnostic and quote. I accepted; was told it will be finished the next day, but was called again as it was finished the same day.

I purchased 4 new tires from Tire Rack and since Dietrich Auto is affiliated with them I had my tires sent directly there for the install. In the days waiting to get my tires installed my car started over heating and a warning sign appeared saying not to drive the car and get it serviced immediately. For the past 20 years I have owned BMW’s and got them all serviced and or repaired at BMW of Manhattan. The cost of a tow to Manhattan was prohibitive. After seeing the sad and scary reviews of BMW Southampton as opposed to the wonderfully incredible reviews of Dietrich I decided to have my overheating problem and other needed work done at Dietrich. Needless to say I am thrilled at the way that all my needs were handled. From the very beginning with Mike at the front desk and his great attitude to the superb work done on my car by Dietrich’s professional mechanics. My automobile problems have vanished and I am thrilled

Car: Porsche Macan 2017.
Problem: flashing warning came on -->change brake pads Plan: called dealer to ask if they could help Ans: busy . Next available 5 wks. Next-local repair shop --visual inspection Recommend Change front and rear brake pads/rotors/sensors Total cost incldg labor $2300. Went to Dietrich's now 3rd opinion- took me in -->inspected-change rear not front set. Total $830. They took me in the foll day. I rest my case.

Took my car into Dietrich's for inspection and cabin air filter. Was I surprised when the car failed. Turns out it needed to have both control arms replaced, both stabilizer bars replaced, and a front wheel alignment. Maybe that explains why the car wasn't performing that well on the road. I had attributed the car's less than stellar performance to having more than 160K miles on its odometer. Once again, Tom Dietrich and his excellent mechanics found the problem and fixed it, most assuredly preventing me from experiencing some major car trouble whilst driving.

I've known Tom Deitrich for more than 25 years and know him to be an honest, reputable man with skilled mechanics. He tries to keep the costs down and also offers a Triple A discount. I highly recommend Tom and his crew for all your auto upkeep/repair needs.
