I went for a drive thru Covid test, it was fast, easy and I never had to leave my car or have direct personal contact with anyone. The drive thru assistant was very courteous and helpful.

They take to long getting a perception ready at drive thru. Plus charged for some medicine my sister was getting free at Liberty Pharmacy very same medicine.My Sister has Medicaid, Medicare and Humana. She was still charged.I ask them about that change the Lady act like she was getting mad because I ask. So I think I'm staying with Liberty Pharmacy.

Staff is friendly, but the wait time for prescriptions is what gets me. Though, like I said, the staff here has always been great

By far the most terribly managed CVS ever. Especially the pharmacy. They are SO hateful and giggle and makes jokes about the customers. Rude, hateful, and unprofessional. And no wonder you wait on hold for 20-30+ min.

The attitudes when you call to see if a prescription is ready for pick up is ridiculous! They could be more friendly then what they are.

Not friendly....Terrible customer service, was told 30 minute wait time and it ended up being over an hour wait.

Pickens, formerly called Pickens Courthouse, is a city in and the county seat of Pickens County, South Carolina, United States. The population was 3,126 at the 2010 census. Pickens changed its classification from a town to a city in 1998, but it was not reported to the Census Bureau until 2001.
