We love the popcorn!! The staff is absolutely amazing and we love trying the monthly popcorn.

Speedy service & excellent customer service! I placed an order last minute & it was ready the next business day. There was a small (very minor) mixup with my order & it was corrected immediately while I waited. I was blown away by the kindness of the team & quality of my order. They even helped me carry the items to my car. Thank you Michelle & team! I will be coming back soon!

I love popcorn. My favorite is just plain lightly salted but, I like many other flavors too. Crave Popcorn Co. is my favorite goto place. Popcorn is always fresh and stays fresh for a good while too. I've been coming to this location for a few years now. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They have other stuff too, candies and drinks.

I have a team of 13 and we are all working remotely, due to COVID. I wanted to show my appreciation and send each person a gift. I had a specific budget and Carole was able to get me more than I expected. Each person on my team was so excited to receive their gift.... lots of smiles from Texas to Kentucky to Ohio! Very small shop tucked away on a shopping center off Preston with great gourmet popcorn and retro sodas and candies. Lady at the counter was friendly and helpful and the popcorn was reasonably priced and tasty! You're instantly hit with the pleasant aroma of popcorn once you crack open the door. Will be back and hope they get a few more flavors!

Just picked up a handful of popcorn flavors for gifts. The flavor choices were fantastic from sweet to savory. The popcorn was so fresh and tasty. So hard to stop eating it once you start. The store itself is like an old time candy store with options galore. I'll be coming back often. What a treat!

They have so many flavors of popcorn here and the staff is always so nice. They have flavors of the month and they are always willing to let you try it first so you don’t end up with something you don’t like. The prices are reasonable and the portions are large. Popcorn stays fresh for about 2 weeks and the dill pickle is amazing.

This was my first experience with Crave Popcorn Co. It started with a phone call to ask a few questions on ordering/delivery time/ability to mix popcorn in a basket. The lady on the phone was extremely pleasant to talked to - answered all my questions and was just extremely nice. It was out for shipment the same day. Loved the text updates. I bought as a gift so haven't actually tasted the popcorn yet but I will have to order some for myself! Keep up the great work.

This is the best shop! All the different sizes and flavors of popcorn make such great gifts and it is so affordable! My daughter loves the huge selection of candy too.

Oh my goodness this is the cutest shop I have ever seen!!   Living in Georgia I have never been to Crave Popcorn but I was in town visiting some friends and I happened to come across the store.  The popcorn is soooo amazing.....it tastes so stinking good.  The freshest popcorn I have ever had!   And just as important to me is that the customer service is exceptional which is very rare these days.  I talked with the owner Carol while I was there and I can promise you that she will be one of the most friendly and sweetest person that you will ever meet. If you are in the DFW area you need to go by and get you some popcorn and check out the shop!  They also have really creative gift ideas too!!  And if you are not in the DFW area it is okay....I did find out that you can get it shipped to you which made me very happy!  I guarantee that you will not be disappointed!

I tried Crave when they did a fundraiser for my son's school last year and stopped in the shop for the first time today. Our family loves popcorn and this does not disappoint! The PB Moose and Cheddars Together are the best! We will definitely be return customers!

I don't live near Plano, so I've never had the pleasure of visiting the store; however I have placed several orders online. The popcorn has always arrived on time, well packaged, and very fresh! I like to by gifts for my kids' teachers, and the owners of Crave have worked with me to create the exact creative gift idea for every occasion. My only problem has been trying to decide between all the delicious flavors!!!
