My experience with Old Navy is awesome the sale rep in the dressing room was so helpful and answering all my questions when Far and Beyond my expectations on helping me. And the sad part is I didn't get her name but give her 10 Stars

I went in for a pickup order. They have amazing sales on great quality merchandise. I also love there online shopping experience always great prices and sales.

I've always preferred doing my shopping in person. Since Covid, I've learned to do my shopping online. I've done quite some shopping from OldNavy. Thankfully things have worked out. I recently had to do an exchange. I called the store to find out if their dressing rooms were open. Thankfully they were and ibwas able to stop really quickly for a great exchange experience.

Great Customer service and I'm not just saying that either... The store Manager in North Rialto Renaissance Marketplace is helpful and very patient with me.. And the store was overly crowded too
