Crossroads

I just love the Canonsburg location. The staff are absolutely wonderful. They are kind, caring, considerate and friendly. Im in and out in no time. All in all, this office has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I've been with Crossroads for a few years and I've never had a problem. Kudos to Crossroads!!!

Best Treatment Center. I would never go anywhere else- they are so wonderful with individualizing care and being compassionate and non judgmental. The staff is just so absolutely wonderful and can’t say enough about them. Canonsburg location is great; and even though I don’t want to be going for the rest of my life- if I need to, they’re the place and I’d never go elsewhere. I had many negative experiences with other places/ doctors and they really are the best. Many failures due to having terrible providers and truly no fault of my own. I have some allergies that make medication for me a little tricky. They’ll work with you to find you a good match with the provider too, if you don’t like something with a certain provider. 10/10 don’t hesitate and make the call.

Very kind knowledgeable an understanding staff a the doctor was expecially nice. I highly recommend this office for anybody looking for recovery an help getting on the right path! 😁❤

Crossroads was very empathetic and attentive from my first visit to the present. I love all the staff!!! If it wasnt for Crossroads my life would not look like it does now and i will be forever grateful!

I love this clinic. Staff is always interpersonal, with me, and very helpful with any issues I've had like changing appt times. They truly do care about their patients and the dedication shows in the way the staff interacts with me. Also, if you need to switch to another location, or miss a appt. They can get you into another close location, usually, very quickly. I swear by this clinic, won't ever go to another place for my maintenance needs. I recommend this place to many ppl, who are serious about going on maintenance.

Crossroads impressed the hell out of me the other day. I'm out of commission for at least 2 weeks after having hernia surgery and couldn't get to my appointment at crossroads. They conducted my appointment over telehealth and took care of my issue without having to move a muscle and I was super impressed. Thank you guys I really appreciate it!

Everyone is very nice and Dr Kathleen Popinski makes sure that you are OK she is the reason that I will not go anywhere else unless I have to. She listens and never judges.
