How do they make such magical flavor combinations? We had the Gravlox Tartine and the Pork and Egg Pide (Turkish flat bread). We would love here just to be able to eat here daily. Don’t miss this new spot in Taos!

WOW! I have not had such delicious bread since I was living in Portugal for a few months. The flavor is outstanding! I cannot wait to return and try everything while I am here in Taos. Truly scrumptious, clean and tasty. I had the green chile toasted bread and I think the server laughed when she saw how quickly I ate it! The baker is talented!

Super friendly service and good pastries! Wishing we had asked to get some warmed up! Our favorite was the Dried Mango Toasted Coconut Bostock! 😋

UPDATE: Their coffee cake is NOT the typical coffee cake that you eat WHILE drinking a cup of coffee. It’s a cake made WITH coffee and coffee grounds, and that is worth noting.

Stumbled on to this new bakery on a day trip to Taos. The toast with soft boiled eggs was incredible and the perfect size portion to fuel up before exploring Taos.

We also got the coffee cake to go and it was great. The coffee shop next door has amazing coffee that you can bring over to enjoy with your pastries.

This place was delightful. From the hospitality as soon as we walked in the door to the intentional yet simple dishes the chef put together. Thank you for taking us in and feeding us. We loved it all.

This place is amazing. The strawberry rhubarb cornetti is awesome. The croque madame is outstanding. I don’t want to oversell the Bread Club, but I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Wow so beautiful! Loved finding this new small business on my recent trip to Taos. The kolacky’s were perfect, so in love with chocolate chip cookies, and very much enjoyed my toast 💛 will be coming back here

Debra is fabulous at describing what is behind the counter, and I always find myself getting a couple more things than I intended. Pam’s artistry with bread and baked things is exquisite!

Passed by on the way to ski at Taos. Saturday morning, amazing food, great service, the green chile quiche is probably the best I have ever had.

Tried a ‘fancy’ pig in a blanket and green Chile cheddar bread loaf. Both were fabulous! Even an hour before close a few delicious treats remained. Friendly folks working there. Clean bathroom and space. Loved it!

Pam has created a bakery treasure for our beautiful town. Her staff team during first visit were excellent, as well.

Firstly, the bakery is located right next to my favorite coffee shop in Taos, Coffee Apothecary. (Honestly, we have a lot of great coffee shops in town...for instance, Pro-Tip: if you visit Cafe Segrado - another wonderful spot for Boba, refreshing dragonfruit/acai bowls - in the John Dunn Shop area you will find a variety of pastries available from The Bread Clun there, as well). The Bread Club is surprisingly bigger and more open than initial impression from the outside. The kitchen is open and down some stairs which allows the creating area to become part of the visiting experience.

Pam is a phenomenal host as she guides you through a plethora of goods that will twinkle the eyes and tempt the tastebuds: featured fresh baked breads of a wonderful variety, bread pastries both thinner or plumper, bowl-like filled with anything from fruits, goat cheese, local spinach and on and on. There is a featured breakfast menu that had everything calling my name (the Korean toast sounds Amazing and I look forward to trying in the future). Then there is the sweet baked goods case to the left of the counter which during this visit featured home-made peanut butter balls that are mentioned to taste just like Reese's cups.

The dining space is humble and spacious with a few tables inside and out.

Great job, Pam & Bread Club team! Our community is better for having The Bread Club. You have put a lot of love, hard work and joyful, passionate play into this and each is evident here.
