Highly recommend going here if you need your computer fixed, don’t even bother going to geek squad. He fixed my computer the same day I brought it in! The pricing for everything was very reasonable too. I was so relieved that he was able to fix my computer, since I needed it for school. He was very friendly and was nice to talk to as well. Absolutely incredible service. I needed my computer same day. My screens were bad. I took my computer to geek squad and they could not do the work on my computer. I took it to another company, and they had it 5 hrs and could not do the work I needed done. I brought it here and they got everything done in 2hrs. Great job guys. You earned my trust and service. It is nice to know there is still great people around especially for the price they did it for. Everyone should bring their computers here and cell phones.

Regardless of the small amount of bad reviews, these guys take dam good care of their customers with interest. It is obvious the bad reviews are from competitors and not from actual customers themselves. The customer service is amazing and the extra work these guys put into your computer and cell phone is beyond amazing. The price is unfound of anywhere in San Antonio. These guys work with your budget and donate a lot of their time and some times parts. It is very rare to find a company like this and it is good to know people with big hearts still exist in this world including the business world.

Greatest company there is in San Antonio. These guys saved me from a big time scammer who was trying to take my identity. They treated me like family and didn't come close to charging me what I was expecting to pay. Its good to know people still have a good heart and understand how to help.

This place is incredible. He fixed the viruses in my computer and solved the reach in my identity issue i have had for over 1 year. I went to 5 companies before this one and everyone wanted to charge me over 200.00. Dr. R. Guerra did not charge me 1 penny to clean and remove items from my computer. He showed and explained to me what had to be done as I was programming my own computer. He actually taught me how to do it in front of him. This teaching was free and I did not have to pay a college to show me or another store. This company is very honest and friendly. The speed and performance of my computer is 10 times faster now that the past year I had it. Love these guys!!!!

These guys here are incredible. Tool my computer to 5 different companies. All of them wanted to charge me just to look at it. These guys here fixed my computer in just 5 minutes of their time. They also fixed my Samsung phone cheaper than anyone else. My computer was fixed and they didn't even charge me. Its nice to know great people are still around in this world.

HONEST FOLKS! I want to acknowledge Robert in particular. I came in as a walk-in customer trying to retrieve a lost file on a storage device. Robert spent a considerable amount of time trying to retrieve it on the spot which I appreciated. He was highly knowledgable and explained the technical details in a straight forward, practical way.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to retrieve my file but at least I got some peace of mind knowing that everything possible was tried. If it could have been recovered I'm positive Robert would have found it. Very professional service. And again very honest! He never even asked for any payment. He was just genuinely trying to help me in a pinch. What an awesome dude. Proof there's still good people in the world.

Another place in Helotes I called (Geek something or another) wanted $150 just to diagnose the issue with no guarantee they could even fix it. As the kids say "Shady af".

The network forensic tech fixed and speed up my internet at my business and my company wifi, not to mention my printers and communications equipment in my company system is better than ever before.

The customer service is excellent and the owner is very professional. He took the time to do some thorough complementary diagnostics, and it turns out that I did not need to add memory to my laptop. These guys are very good and really fast. If you need your work done on your computer, cell phones or tablets this is definitely your go to store. I have gone and done research at 7 different locations and everyone just comes up with excuses and tries to take your money. These guys got it done very quickly and at a way better price than anyone else in town plus they are honest and upfront with you as a customer. Customer service is beyond a 5 star rating. As I was there waiting fro my computer the techs were teaching on the dos and do nots on my Mac. They teach everything even the big companies do not. Even the cops were there to get help from the computer stores cyber forensics team on something I guess they were working on for the police. That was beyond amazing because the cops said thank you very much to them as well. Yes this company earned my respect and business for a very long time

Wow! What a great business! I took in my laptop after having a large update making my laptop run slowly and gave me a black screen. Now it's working faster than it ever has before! Robert was great at explaining what my laptop needed and what needed to be serviced. Highly recommend.
