A customer ordered was being returned to me cause of an incomplete address. I call the post office directly. Travis answered and was very helpful. He was able to locate my customers package, and fix my address mistake. So instead of the package coming all the way back to me and me reshaping it, it will be at our customers apt tomorrow. Thank you travis!

Very nice staff! My first time here a couple years ago was a bad time, but the last few times I'm here has been a pleasant experience. Super nice and helpful. They also have the packaging I need to send out paintings! I'm happy to go here to send out my mail !!

Great experience! I needed to mail 2 boxes and get some special stamps (while holding a toddler). The lady at the desk was so helpful! I am very thankful:)

This post office has gotten so much better. They have gotten some different clerks that are very nice and helpful! So glad some changes have taken place!

I absolutely love this post office. The workers are always incredibly helpful and go out of their way to help.

I am a bit disappointed in the mail carriers recently. They deliver much later and they have put boxes in our mail box that we cannot get out. So we have to cut open the box and pull contents out to get it out.

Not too long of a wait. PO boxes are cheaper than in downtown rapid city. Very close location to base.

It’s great respectfully workers so grateful that one particular lady no longer worked there she was so rude, looking at me as if I am stupid, she knew I am deaf she wasn’t willing to try to communicate with me, other is willing work with me!!
