Love my Ulta store at Dove Creek! I can always count on my beauty faves to be in stock. Shop online and pick up in store is super fast and convenient. I get my eyebrows done by Brittany at the Benefit Brow Bar monthly. She's the best. I've even had my ears pierced there. Most recently, they were most accommodating by honoring an online only promotion in store. I didn't even have to ask. I merely mentioned it, and they offered to honor it. Super friendly, helpful staff, and I've had the pleasure to interact with all levels of staff. Thank you all for always providing a wonderful shopping experience!

My daughter and I had a very pleasant experience at Ulta-Dove Creek especially services provided by Kris. She was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. Because of her services I will visit the store again. Blessings!

This review would have been a lot lower if it wasn’t for Madelin’s help. My mom was looking for a specific Bare Mineral’s eyeshadow palette for months. Today we went in and asked for 2 employees to check if they had the eyeshadow stocked in the back. 1 employee went to the back and took a while to come back and told us it wasn’t in stock. The other employee didn’t bother to check and just told us that whatever is on the floor is what they have. It seems like the employees are pushing for customers to stop coming in and just start buying products online. Luckily, we had Madelin help us at the register and she told us that she could see there was one eyeshadow palette in stock on her phone. She was super sweet and I’m glad she was able to help us!!

Ulta beauty at dove creek is amazing to say the least. I wanted a “mommy makeover” after becoming a new mom. The salon did an amazing job cutting, styling and deep conditioning my hair. They also were very accommodating when I brought my infant son and allowed me to breastfeed him during my appointment. I highly recommend them to anyone especially new moms looking for their “mommy makeover!” Thank you ulta beauty!

The girls here are genuinely friendly and very helpful. I have really bad social anxiety and don't get out alot. They made me feel very welcome, listened to what I was needing, and not overly pushy to make sales. Thanks ladies!!!

Went there today because I wanted to return something, to buy it again but with gift cards. While others would've been irritated at my request, Lauren was the sweetest and extremely helpful! She deserves it all. A raise and employee of the month :) thank you Lauren!

The black Friday sales this year were really good!! Did some shopping spent $150 for high end and drugstore brands. The workers were very friendly and helpful

Always great service got my perfume I like to smell ( don't care for the person ) but the smell is great, if anyone has smelt this one and know of another one better please let me know, im look for one, similar to it and got a great deal with it. I also use Tiffany Co.

This is a very nice Ulta Store. Very organized and has fantastic selection of products. The customer service is good the girls are friendly and super helpful and knowledgeable about all the high end makeup/skincare products. Great selection of OPI and China Glaze,Essie nailpolish. Their selection of IT brushes is very good too.

I got my hair highlighted and cut by Vasthi. She did an amazing job! She made sure everything she did was exactly how I wanted it and helped with her expertise in areas I was unsure of. I would highly recommend Vasthi to do your hair at Ulta beauty! She’s also very fun to talk to.

Everyone is so helpful here. I feel that they offer great support if you are uncertain and the rabbithole of online searches has not helped. Staff have personal experience with different products to do a pros and cons list comparison between products. Ain't no Reddit post about to do that easily.

I like to come here because the testers are big help. I wish they had testers for the sunscreens, though. Hard to find a true low-cast sunscreen that does not sting nor pill.

Went to the Ulta in Alamo Ranch a gentleman there looked at my wrist and knew the color I needed for make up. I’m very happy that I have foundation and powder that matches my skin tone. And we purchased a clean and safe face wash and skin routine.

Caro (don’t know if that’s how you spell it) is super nice, friendly. She is thorough at explaining their products. She gave me her honest opinion of certain products I wanted to try. She color matched me by just holding the bottle up to my face and it was perfect! I’m really happy with the NARS foundation I bought.

I usually don’t write reviews but amazing service done by Cynthia. I been to a lot of Ultas and she was extremely nice and made the experience a 10/10.

The beauty advisors are very attentive and helpful. Never once did I have to ask for help and they always go the extra mile to ensure that I find everything I need . I will be returning soon ☺.

Great place! Hair salon, waxing, updos, makeup. You can return your makeup within 60 days of purchase with receipt. I would recommend emailed receipt so you don't lose it. Very friendly staff!

Ulta Beauty offers many things to help make one feel beautiful while managing hair, skin, and makeup.
I could spend hours in the store just browsing.
I really like their face masks, have about 8 of them...theyre thick and comfortable to wear. I also breathe easy with them.
