I can’t tell if Anthony is rude or just really really efficient. I’m gonna go with efficient talks fast gets ya in and gets ya out. There were six people in front of me. I stood in line for a minute a minute. Dude is a stud. I can only imagine how crazy it is with it being the holiday season. Homie was killing it!

Post offices are consistently short staffed and employees are over-worked. Customers often mistake an employee being curt or short for rudeness. They're just trying to get through all the customers.

A package of mine stated online that it had been delivered, but my mailbox at my apartment complex was empty. It took me two requests but the manager got it done. She gave me a call on a Friday around 6pm letting me know she located the package and would hold it for me. A new guy named John has helped me mail things a few times, he’s always fast and efficient. Another worker, Tari I believe her name is, has always been courteous and even uses her own tape (not priority mail tape) to help you seal your package if you don’t have enough on there. I have a P.O. Box here also and have never had an issue. Busiest time is Saturday around 11am.

This is my local post office. Since my husband is military and deployed, I use them often to send mail/packages more often than maybe the average person. I ALWAYS have good service here. Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but is that really a big deal?

I was leary about taking my package to this post office after reading the reviews. However, our experience was totally awesome! There were about 7 people ahead of us in line but there were 4 attendants and we only waited about 5 minutes. The postal server apologized for the wait which we thought was nothing. He was very soft-spoken very polite. Definitely will go back to the post office again mostly because it is close. Can’t always believe what you read. Glad I didn’t use these reviews as a guide. This was a friendly post office!

Nearby Hanna Park, where my wife and I were campers for a month, does not accept or post mail for its guests. We requested General Delivery at this post office and received exceptional service. Not only did they receive Postal Service mail on our behalf, they also received and delivered packages to me at their front counter that were delivered by several other parcel services without charging us. After a few of my visits, most of their people there were greeting me by name and some even retrieved my mail from the back and had it waiting for me after they saw me waiting in line. The professionals at this post office provided me friendly, exceptional service and deserve to be praised for it.

This location of the US Post Office gets a bum rap! Yes, it is very busy all day long! However, if you take a few minutes to learn how to use the self service kiosk in the lobby, it makes things go so much easier! I will usually wait until the post office is closed for the day to go use the kiosk in peace! I go in, post my packages and drop them right in the drop slot! I much prefer it to standing in line to wait for a teller. On occasion the kiosk will be down and I will have to pop in, but if I find that to be the case I just go early and get it over with.

I’ve been here two times, clerks are always helpful and polite. First time I didn’t know how to send internationally and they helped me with everything.

The hard workers at the counter here are always so helpful and friendly. The woman today at the counter with the long straight dark hair was helping customers left and right and showed kindness multiple times. This type of service is so appreciated. Thank you!

I went in this location yesterday and received excellent customer service!!! They had 3 tellers and the lined moved very fast. I also sell alot on Ebay and i request package pick ups very often and they are here every day i request. Also my delivery driver for my area is very professional and always wave when they drive by. Keep up the good work USPS!!!!

Can't speak to their phone service or local delivery, but I've now been into this post office twice to mail parcels internationally and received excellent service. Staff was more knowledgeable than I expected and happy to answer questions and double check that packages were properly prepared.

They do, as other users have noted, close when their closing times are noted. Yes, 1 pm is earlier than I'd like them to close on Saturday, but it's posted clearly.

Service here is good. They get the job done. Not exactly the most people friendly employees here. But also, I’d also factor in rude customers will get to them. Either way, you have to keep your composure at work. We are all adults .

Cool, quiet & peaceful inside. Although some service reps were eating lunch, there was only a very short line and the postal employee was very quick & efficient at caring for her customers.

Hi everyone i understand how u feel, but please don't allow your feeling or your action take over who u reall are.sometimes we all go through stuff in life and hear things that we don't wanna hear or see things that we never thought we was going to see .but we still gotta be the light to people around us and accept the unexpected things because it makes u grow n make u strong. I want u to try this sit down in a quite place someday and ask yourself this ( doing my unexpected moment with a person or at my job or with my families or whatever it was what was my raction or my response how did I handle that situation? Did I handle it with love or lust? Was I kind or did I allow my action to determine my feeling? Next time people before u handle some unexpected situation ask yourself if I was this person what will other's think about my action? People of America let us learn how to build each other up,stop destroying each other if they take this post office from here some of u guys will regret. no matter how it treat u ,and at the same time we should be able to accept each other's sometimes ,we are one ! no matter who u are or where u are from we are one people one nation under one God.i am new to this place,but since I move to my apartment my mail has been delivered correctly,and when ever I come in here for help or to mail anything the employees are very helpful and smiling, sometimes they aren't but that doesn't means I should get mad n say all kinds of negative things when I know I do the same things to other people too,let me make everyone here understand this u aren't perfect someday you will have your own attitude like everyone else does someday u won't even wanna help other it's because the world is not perfect n so I u,accept each other for who we are how long are we gonna live like this in this world ? Instead of encouraging each other's we're destroying each other,instead of us understanding that we're only human and we do make mistakes and are impatient when things doesn't go how it suppose to go sometimes. u may not experience what I experience sometimes but we all gotta understand that we all have our moment and days when we just don't feel like being cool n nice to each other it's because we are not perfect,all am trying to say is that we aren't perfect all we gotta do is be patient and have faith in each others.this post office is never going to close down because of negative comment,it will always be there and grow #change is coming wait for it people. We are bless to have a post office in this country some places ,people don't have what u have and they are content and being greatful for it.But some of u guys here that is posting all these negative comments instead of u thinking first before u do,u do before think,be slow to speak and quick to listen your heart is a river of life ,allow it to make u grow fruit worthy of it,don't allow your action and impatientness cause other people to loose hope,am only writing this because it sad to see human with the same life just don't understand why things happen .i love everyone who is reading this I hope u understand why these things happening and what u can do to stop it.

Even though USPS isn’t always the best at delivery - this location has a very helpful and most importantly, FRIENDLY staff. And that’s what matters most to me. Thank you for the great customer service!

Service was great. Two people were helping with the customers which made it way much faster than last year.

I always have a good experience at this post office. I will go out of my way just to go to this one instead.
