Potranco Library

I’ve literally never had a single issue at this SAPL branch. They always have beautiful displays highlighting different recognitions every month. Everyone there is always courteous, welcoming and incredibly helpful. This is always my go to branch.

Mr. Pat give me one of the best customer service I could ever ask for as a librarian! He showed me how to what are some movies on the website since I had no idea what to do and he was very patient with me. Amazing customer service for sure. Thank you Pat.

Favorite library in the system! Small but has a wonderful staff

Even this is a smaller branch it is very nice. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My sons were very excited to see computers setup for kids.They hopped on right way and begin playing games .

The library is inside the YMCA. From what I could see, there's not a separate entrance for the library. The staff here were very appropriate, friendly

I love this little library! It’s close to the house and if they don’t have something all you have to do is reserve it and it gets there pretty quickly. I take my kids to swim at the YMCA and then we grab some books and a movie and head home without having to make an extra stop. It’s nice to have a little play area there that allows me to look for a book while my husband watches the kids and then he gets a chance to find something as well without having to have the kids tag along and get antsy. The quiet room is helpful when you need some time to research or just want to tune out the noise a bit. I also LOVE that they have records there to check out as well.

I am very happy to have a library so close to my home. I think the facility is well maintained and very agreeable to quite reading and reflection!

It was amazing as always not to packed. Enjoy spending my quiet time there. I'm there nearly two to three days out of the week.

First time there. Smaller than I expected, wish it had a larger selection. The gentleman at the counter was Extremely helpful!! Will definitely be back for more summer reading.

SUPER FRIENDLY LIBRARIANS!!!!! Hot new release movies & books! It's got everything I need & if not, just have it sent to their HOLDS Pick Up Locker outside the library---always open, easy & quick access! I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Albeit this is not the best place for quite study but the staff here are wonderfully helpful and it's a great place to bring kids. My two year old had an absolute blast and they have a very good selection of movies on hand.

Its educational, you read n you're on a new adventure, stress free, you can get informed thru computer or ask questions n they update you n on community events too...kids can read, play, be on computer learning apps...so much for free n open to the public....buy books, get copies , update on new book of the month.very clean, spacious, great staff.

Very clean, cool, quiet, organized, Pasquel was very HELPFUL.i update my card n bought books..lots of computers available , not packed,..today closes at 8pm..great place for families with children/ or for anyone..make copies, recharge ,your phone, be informed on community events

the Library is a very special place where Arthur books and lots of other books too

Great place to study, and after hours you can still use the tables and chairs and wifi as long as the YMCA is open.

Love the ability to reserve books online and do a contactless pickup, makes it easy to keep up with reading during the pandemic.
