Great runway, helpful airport staff, and proximity to Kimball’s is a plus. Second time flying in and still a fun experience.

If you are a pilot within 100 nm of AFN you should have this on your flying bucket list. The newly paved runway is great - although you still land uphill on 34 - but that's part of what makes it a must-do. The owners are helpful and friendly. And the real reason I continue to visit is to go around the end of the runway to Kimball Farms for food and ice cream.

A terrific little New England airport with a 200 yard walk to Kimball's Farm for dinner or an icecream. The staff at the airport is always friendly and willing to help.

They just repaved the runway. It's as smooth as you could want now. Still an interesting approach and landing up/down hill, which just makes it all the more fun. Fuel is available, and as others have said, there's a great little ice cream stand around the corner, less than 5 minutes leisurely walk. A short hop from Nashua, it's a nice fair weather destination.

Small awesome airport! Almost no one there except for staff, so not crowded, every Saturday the airport has a free snack and drink party! The coolest thing was going on a little plane to see the view of mount Monadnock! $99 for 3 people for 20 minutes. Totally worth it. If your In the area visit!

Excellent place for a "$100 hamburger". Great little airport, a mild challenge landing down hill (or up hill). Short walk to good food and Ice cream. My last visit there was a group singing songs - Joined in. Lots of fun

Back in the late 60,S and early 70,S as a young fellow now 63 a great friend of my dad's owned forty acres off of Hubbard pond near the old boy scout and we would take a plane Ride & fly over his place his name was Robert Cleveland maybe some of the folks around the area remember that name

Awesome "hosts" excellent flying experience, I would highly recommend this experience for all. We hope to go back to visit and watch the planes come and go. And hope to do this at leastonce a year. You won't regret trying it.

Wonderful family owned airport which was established in 1946. Harvey and Lee Sawyer have many stories to tell.
