Medical Center Enterprise - Emergency Room

Was seen in the ER for elevated heart rate. The nurse and ER doctor on call during my visit were wonderful. The nurse was very kind, caring and thoughtful. The Doctor was extremely thorough with labs/testing. I’m very pleased with the care I received.

Dr. Claassen and the nurses that took care of me were absolutely wonderful!!! They were very kind, gentle and showed compassion and empathy. I couldn’t have asked for better service. The lady who checked me in was exceptionally nice and showed grace.

My recent visit was exceptional from the moment I walked in, l was impressed by the speed and efficiency of the service. There were no delays, and the staff members were incredibly nice and professional.
The hospital facilities were also spotless and well -organized, contributing to a pleasant overall experience.
I left feeling grateful for the excellent care I received and confident in recommending Medical Center Enterprise to others.

I got there and there was barely anyone in the waiting room. I was seen quickly. Explained my issues and was able to talk to the nurses and voice my concerns. They were knowledgeable, empathetic and asked relevant questions. I was taken to a room and treated. All of the staff were very pleasant and easy to talk and joke with. I really appreciated the concern and care that was given to me as well as recommending additional follow-up by other providers.

I went to the emergency room for a back issue. I was called very quickly, and was seen by three different people. They listened to my issue, ran test and made the experience about as good as they could have. I was there a few hours, but I understood that it takes time for test results, especially on the weekend. I do not have any complaints. The only comment is that I followed up with my primary doctor, but did not have diagnosis paperwork to provide her. I had results on the CD that was provided, but they did not have the computer to read it. Maybe I should have left with a paper copy of the test results. Next time, I will ask for it.

The patient intake personal was excellent. She explained the paperwork in a very clear manner, additionally she was very considerate of my concerns with my loved one.
The nurses went above and beyond to see that my mother received everything that she could possibly need or want. This care did not end at the nurses, the CNAs, techs. The persons in the additional departments she was served by were phenomenal in their own right. When the physician on duty came in she was very kind, empathetic and was more than happy to explain the situation to my mother ( who has advanced dementia) who often struggles with comprehension.
All in all I would absolutely recommend this medical center to anyone who I care for.

Tim Clemmons lived a true miracle on Friday, April 26, 2024 at Lowe Field and beyond! He had a sudden cardiac arrest at his work, and God miraculously used an instructor pilot, flight students, and multiple others to help resuscitate Tim back to life. Witnesses said Tim had been laying unconscious on the field, unbeknownst to anyone, for quite some time before help arrived;
The field fire station and EMS soon assisted, and MANY, including a multitude of Lowe employees, began praying for Tim. He thankfully gained a heartbeat, but then lost it several times as he was transported to Medical Center Enterprise ER. There, we are so thankful, everyone jumped into action!!! They were all Amazing! Their first priority was to help Tim, but they were also so accommodating to his family by offering chairs, blankets, tissue, answering our questions, and giving many comforting words, etc. Thank you, Mrs. Katie and nurses, for taking care of everything! And the whole team of others, we appreciate you too. Dr. Kelly was wonderful! He took time and talked to the family to explain the diagnosis and options. Tim and his family appreciate the top-notched help at Medical Center Enterprise ER and keeping him alive. We are so very thankful to our Lord for His abundant mercy and grace and for helping a multitude of wonderful people take care of Tim. May the Lord bless over you all!

I had to go in, just as a precaution, due to some swelling I was having while pregnant. I waited no more than 10 minutes in the lobby before I went to triage and then to a room. The doctors and nurses were extremely attentive, friendly, and heard out all of my concerns without dismissing them. I had an ultrasound done, blood work, and a urinalysis. I was out the door within two hours of walking in with all my test results and a treatment plan for moving forward.

I'm not going to lie, I was hesitant to go in to the ER due to past experiences we've had, but this trip completely changed my outlook. I've told several people about my experience since I left and I won't hesitate if I ever need to go back.

ER Nurse and ER Nurse Practitioner took very good care of me. Bright personality, kind and compassionate. No long waits, clearly explained everything to me. Man doing X-Rays lack personality but he did his job. Just different from other employees. Wasn’t very friendly. Registration staff friendly. Wasn’t a long drown out wait at any time. Was impressed and recommend. Didn’t see Physician (DrRamsey). He was probably seeing more critical patients and that’s fine with me.

I went Sunday night to the E.R. I had a post-surgical wound infection and needed an antibiotic. Everyone from the security guard to the triage team, and the E.R. Dr. and my nurse were superb. Very professional. I believe my nurse was Leslie and the Doc was Dr. Ramsey.

Dr Classen and his ER team were great. I fractured the heel of my left foot in about 5 places, and had some pretty good pain going on. He ordered the necessary tests which included in private x-rays at bedside, followed by a visit to the x- rays lab for additional shots and included several CT scans. George the X-ray tech was very good, and took his time getting some of the most detailed shots. All of the nurses were personable and professional. I wish I could remember all of their name, so that I could thank them personally. The follow up at Southern Bone and Joint went well.

Medical Center Enterprise ER provided the best ER care possible. Express care from registration, to the triage nurse, to the doctor, then to the ER treatment nurse. Received IVF and was in and out from start to finish in 3 hours to 3 hrs and 15 minutes. Excellent professional service with a smile!

Very pleased with all of the staff that work here. From Techs, to Nurses, to Doctors, all are great and extremely friendly. Mrs. Katie Brown is extremely smart, and is a phenomenal RN. She has great bedside manners and takes pride in what she does. I normally don’t do hospitals, but I would definitely recommend this one.

Checked in and was taken in within minutes. Vitals were processed quickly and the Doctor came in examed me set me up for CT scan and labs. Once everything was complete the Doctor gave me the results, explained what I needed to do and I was discharge. For a trip to ER wasn't too bad.

Praise the Lord. The last two visits with Medical Center Enterprise emergency has been awesome. Everybody was so good to my mom and made sure she got the special care that she needed. I am very pleased with the staff at Medical Center Enterprise

Dr Jordan office called me yesterday to check on how I was feeling after a accident that happened last Saturday
Told her my knee is sore and they made a appointment for this morning. She checked me out and told me what I had to do to get better. Dr Jordan is really top notch and is no nonsense about my health care.

I've lived in Enterprise almost 6 years. The improvement of the ER is remarkable! From slow response time and unfriendly and caring staff, to faster response time and staff that actually makes you feel that they really care, is GREAT!

Staff was informative and friendly. Each staff member that attended me was extremely efficient in their particular part of the surgical process. This was my first time being cared for in this new facility and I was impressed with the entire process!!

I have had the unfortunate luck of having to take my two youngest daughters to the er in separate visits this past week.

However, very fortunate to go to this emergency room! The staff was really nice and helpful. They got us in as quick as possible and out as quick as possible.

I really hope to have no more er visits, but I’ll definitely use this one if I need to go somewhere.
