Best Internet Service Provider I have had. Customer Service and Reps responded immediately when my service goes down. I've had squirrels and ants eat through utility lines in the neighborhood and lighting burn all my lines and lots of electrical damage they fixed on a Sunday. They replaced the hardware and there was no extra cost for this. There very honest in pricing and packages. If I have a question about my bill Denise is super fast to tell me what is what. Even if I don't agree or get mad when a PPV doesn't come through they work through it with me. You are actually talking to real people. Comcast and Time Warner use off shore reps that barely speak english to tell you reset your router with no helpful info. If your internet is slow you need to test your hardware and device usage across wifi. I have a high speed gaming router and the speed is limited through hardware mostly and user's understanding of networking. Sometimes it's slower in peak time but I'm streaming youtube,netflix,amazon and have 4 or 5 computer devices using tons of bandwith. It is the best service in town.
