Came in to the store after a underwhelming experience at a different location. Was promptly approached by Kevin and received outstanding customer service. He was very informative and thorough on current deals. Walked out convinced he gave us the best deal he could. We added a couple of lines with tablets. If you’re looking for actual customer service where it matters ask for Kevin.

We were in town visiting our family, out running errands, and stopped by thus location for a simple repair.
We were greeted as soon as we entered, and they were eager to assist us.
The repairs were made, we were made aware of several promotions and offers that are offered. No pressure

I went to upgrade my phone and Libia helped me out. She was very helpful and professional throughout the whole transaction. She did everything I asked of her. Totally recomend going to her!

They solved problems I didn't even know I had! My kids loved the items they recommended, and I can honestly say that I am satisfied with my purchase.

I had a great experience after coming in to add a new line to my plan from a different carrier. The sales associate Amber at this location was extremely helpful in explaining all the options while guiding/updating us through the entire process of updating plans and upgrading on a new phone. Definitely an example of what great customer service is and a reason why I continue to be a customer with T-Mobile.

We had Amber help up and she was just the best thing that could have happened to us! Answered every question with detail and super patience with my husband and I. We made sure to get her name just for this review! This place is truly lucky to have Amber!

We had the BEST experience at this Sprint location!!
We went in, expecting to pay a bunch of money for new phones, and plans. Walked out getting amazing deals, the best customer service I’ve had in a long time, and paying less than $100 for everything!! I was very shocked, (in the best way), at how our whole situation played out. Very respectable people, with great deals, and a lot of patience. They answered every question, made us feel super comfortable with the cost, and monthly payments, and even shared some laughs, and jokes throughout the shopping experience. I’m very satisfied, and give this store a very well deserved five star rating!

I had to go to Tmobile because for some reason, even tho I have ATT, I've been getting bills from Tmobile. I started getting this "final bill" in March and had been calling customer service since then. I was told by 2 different people to not worry, the bill would be credited to 0 but never was. I went to the store to take care of it. This is when I met Adrian and Josh, the store manager. He had Adrian call the 800 number but unfortunately, he wasn't able to make any progress. Then Josh called the 800 number. The woman on the other end said a 1 time code had to be sent to a number I had never even heard of and so it frustrated all of us. But, instead of getting loud and ugly (which is prob what I would have done), Josh calmly and professionally explained to the woman on the other line how she wasn't making any sense. Josh made another call to someone else and FINALLY, after 3 months, was able to get the bill credited. Josh S., you ROCK!!!

I worked with Jasmine on Dec 11th for a device upgrade. Huge kudos!! She was super nice during the whole process. And had like a hundred ways of explaining anything I didn’t understand. The team here is really professional yet laid back and it feels nice. Thanks !!!

I walked in their and Christian Lopez was awesome. He answered every single one of my questions and made sure I was getting the best deal on my cellular service. He was also really pleasant and efficient. I live in Arlington but I choose to go to this store because the customer service is superb. Alex the technician was also great. I went into the store tonight after a long day and was greeted by Naz. She was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I'm leaving happy with the great service I received! I've been a Sprint customer for over 20 years and I'm grateful for having such a good experience here today!

I went to the Sprint store today to resolve a issue with my phone. Marco was the agent that assist me during my visit today and his customer service was amazing. He provide multiple solutions to my phone problems. His management team work with him to make sure my visit was pleasant. The Sprint store at this location really work together as a team. That is one the reasons i continue to use this carrier for over the pasr 5 year. If you are visiting the Hurst, TX location make sure you ask for Marco. He is the best.

I want to publicly compliment the extreme patience and expertise of Jasmine at the Pipeline location.

She helped me for over an hour solve an issue that no one else had the patience and tenacity to solve. I am grateful for her friendly service.

Exceptional service. The Sprint reps went above and beyond. Even after store hours they were texting us, giving us updates on our situation. The manager stayed late working with us. Leaving out a lot of details but they know what they are doing and will stay with you until the problem is solved. BTW the problem wasn’t even with Sprint to start with. All the knowledge with a small town attitude of service. Thanks Becca and Logan.

This location treated me extremely well. The young man with glasses and beard (strawberry blond hair) and the tech lady with dark short hair were AMAZING. I went in bc my phones hotspot wouldn't connect to my computer and they worked together to get my issue resolved. They just resolved my 3 day ordeal in 30 min I will forever be grateful.
